First time at Gringo & Blondie and I was not disappointed! Heard a lot of great things about the Birria menu, especially the Birria Pizza specifically! Overall, delicious food, drinks and amazing service! Will definitely come back to try the rest of the Birria menu and a lot more! Highly recommended!

Went in right as they opened on Saturday to try their brunch options. The food was 10/10 and the portion sizes left me enough left over for a second meal! Reasonably priced (considering I will get 2 meals out of it) and great service.

Me and the wife had plans to eat at a different establishment but when we found out the wait was over an hour we decided to give gringo&blondie a try. Talk about a blessing in disguise!! Best quesabirria tacos in Elmwood hands down! Let me not forget about LA GUERRA!!!! A frozen Rum horchata that will have you begging for another one. Service was polite and fast but they did forget part of our order and had to ask a few times for to-go plates. Other than that we’re definitely coming back.

I stopped here with my family because we had around an hour to kill and boy I’m glad we did. The classic margaritas was very authentic and delicious. Churros was perfectly crunchy while also being soft. Didn’t have a chance to try more than that but I know the food has to be fire and I will forsure be back for it. Service was casually good, and the atmosphere was cool but tbh I didn’t expect the food to be so authentic because of it. That to show you don’t judge a book by its cover. Highly recommend this place !
