My first experience eating at the Coyotes Restaurant great food, good company, and cool vibes. I highly recommend for you to try any of their food options and beverages. It was late at night despite the hour this place was jam packed with hungry people, however despite the chaos the staff was able to take care of us. The shrimp tacos were delicious and filling, I was full eating the one taco. The rice was fresh and the horchata was so refreshing. It was perfect beverage to quench my thirst after a fun night at the House of Blues. There’s beautiful artwork displayed all around the restaurant, you won’t get bored while you wait for your food. Thank you so much to the wonderful staff of Coyotes Restaurant. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A late-night taco place with outstanding food and service! Everything is created fresh, and the staff was all very polite! The carne en su jugo soup was the stuff of dreams for my other buddy! After the steak is grilled, the fried bacon and onions are mixed with broth and avocado in a large bowl. Heavenly and rich—complete comfort in a bowl! I'm definitely eager to get back there!

One of my go-to spots in Pilsen whenever I'm in the area for lunch. The service is quick, food good, and prices reasonable. Plus, chips and salsa included with your order? Who can complain. Definitely hit the spot up if you're in the neighborhood and want something more authentic.

Having had a dear Uncle and Aunt... Forest William Junior (and his wife, Eleanor) live in New Mexico for years... I grew VERY FOND of authentic Mexican food. Anywhere and everywhere, I could find it!! And, generally: the HOTTER? the Better! So, I've got years of experience with all things Mexican here. handmade or not. Good. Or, not. And THIS version of steak and eggs, honestly looks like a hot-mess. But it's heavenly!!. Oiginally ordered it as backup, but now, i look for it on purpose! Lol lol... And please don't get me started on hot sauce. (Tabasco. I'm looking at you!!!) We always have a bottle of original and jalapeño, on hand. They're used so liberally, we go through bottles like they're on fire... lol lol. Bad pun, intended But. THIS dish??? I Srsly added nothing. Not 1 drop. Bcos it was SO GOOD on its own. I couldn't improve it. And I've had it twice. Great job! Bueno! Another, great local place. You can't go wrong. 🙏🙏🙏🤗 And I've covered half the menu so far!... Thanks, Coyote's! Late night taco spot with solid service and solid eats! Staff was all very friendly and everything is made fresh! I love that we can sit right by the grill and watch all the magic happen! Sure the awkward eye contact with the cooks can be strange but it’s also oh so fun! Stopped by after a late night DJ set at a club and we were mildly hungry. I had the carne asada steak taco, Al pastor, and the lengua. They did NOT skimp on the meat and flavor. My friend got a tostada with nopales and steak and it was MASSIVE! My other friend got the carne en su jugo soup and it was what dreams are made of! Fried onions and fried bacon thats then grilled with steak then put into a big o bowl with broth and avocado!!! Rich and heavenly…absolute comfort in a bowl! Definitely can’t wait to go back!

Wow. Was not expecting this. My coworker, G, told me about this spot after I told him I was pressed nothing was open and I was hungry at 3am. He told me bout this spot near his crib and now I am satisfied. The food was amazing, the service was fantastic. Gaby and Doris were so kind and attentive. I will definitely be back.

Food is pretty good for a 24ish spot. The pastor is very flavorful and marinated well. The cecina literally breaks apart easy every bite. I've had tortas , tacos , burritos and plates there. Always satisfied with the service. It's a good spot to go after the Pilsen bar crawls. Their Cubano torta can feed 2 people...that's how huge it is sheesh. Great spot
