“Went for lunch to Blancos for the first time and the mahi-mahi fish taco was absolutely delicious, served on a homemade corn tortilla that was fresh and flavorful. The street-style corn on the side was the perfect complement to my chicken quesadilla. I also enjoyed a crisp, light Spanish wine that paired wonderfully with the meal. To top it all off, our waitress, Madeline, was amazing… friendly, attentive, and made our dining experience even more enjoyable!”
“We thoroughly enjoy our visits to this establishment! The atmosphere is consistently fun and lively. Every dish we have sampled has been delightful, particularly the Steak fajitas and Short Rib Chimichanga, Elote, and Queso with ground beef. The online reservation system is very convenient. All the servers here are excellent and attentive; Maria and Dominic are just two examples, and they all assist each other's tables, ensuring that customers never have to wait for anything. The bartender, Daniel, crafted our drinks perfectly! He is an efficient and exceptional bartender, and it was amazing to watch his talent as he continuously made hand-crafted drinks at the bar. They offer wonderful homemade salsa and chips. They have revamped their original salsa, and it is truly delicious and more flavorful than the previous recipe. They also have an extra hot salsa available upon request, which my husband particularly enjoys! My husband and I have explored many items on the menu, and we consistently find high-quality food, drinks, and service. We suggest ordering the Mango stand pitcher for your table; you will not be disappointed! The manager, Jorge, is consistently attentive, engaging with customers and ensuring their satisfaction. We wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to everyone and frequently bring our family and friends here!”

We have always had a great experience with the staff being friendly and approachable. Caesar is our favorite server!! My son insisted we give him 5 stars! Highly recommend you ask for him.
