Luke’s in downtown Chicago beats most of them hands down. The execution here is flawless. They don't drown the meat in heavy mayo or mask it with unnecessary fillers. You get massive, chilled, perfectly sweet chunks of wild-caught lobster nestled inside a split-top New England bun that is toasted to buttery perfection. The warmth of the griddled bun against the chilled lobster, topped with just a hint of lemon butter and their secret seasoning, is elite. The service at this Loop location is lightning fast, making it the perfect lunch spot. If you want the ultimate experience, upgrade to the combo with Cape Cod chips and a side of their New England clam chowder or lobster bisque. “I got Lobster Roll Flight ... It was good... Giving it 5stars for how it tastes. However... $40+ tax and tip came to $50 for it all, expensive for how small it is, I know I know! The stuff is expensive. I wanted to try it for the experience and was fine paying that money but ... Uhh once in a year thing ;)”
