“This place was so cozy and the pizza was to die for! The memorabilia inside was so neat to see. This place was our first stop on a visit from KY and I’m so glad it was recommended.”

“I wasn’t sure where to park but there is plenty of street parking and seemed pretty safe. I tried the original pizza, salad and wings. The salad was huge and shareable. The pizza was better than I expected it to and the wings, which I don’t normally do bone in, but were huge and very tasty. The staff were friendly and very helpful! Definitely recommend! Yum Thank you for being awesome!”

“Lou Malnati’s delivers exactly what Chicago deep-dish is supposed to be. Thick, buttery crust, rich sauce that actually tastes like tomatoes instead of sugar paste, and toppings that don’t feel rationed. This is the real deal, not some tourist-trap interpretation pretending to be pizza while committing crimes against cheese. Service was solid too. Attentive, friendly, and efficient without hovering like they’re afraid you’ll steal a fork. Food came out hot, fresh, and clearly made by people who know what they’re doing and care at least a little about their reputation. With over 60 locations, they’ve clearly figured out how to scale without completely selling their soul, which is rare in the pizza world. If you want authentic Chicago deep dish done right, this place earns its name and then some. Not trendy, not flashy, just consistently good pizza.”

“The salad was great and the service was phenomenal!!!!”

“In town for a short stop and had to come in for a deep dish treat. Everything was great as always - the service, the pizza. Much love to the new appetizer though, Malnati's meatballs with giardinera and burrata. 11 out of 10. Treat yourself.”

“We went to the location on Ogden in Chicago for a late lunch to avoid any crowds and called ahead about 15 minutes to minimize the wait for our sausage deep dish with butter crust. We did wait about 15 minutes for the pizza but the wait was well worth it. The sausage was nice and spicy, the cheese was plentiful and very stringy. The sauce was not to sweet and not to acidic with large tomato chunks. And the crust was nice and crisp. We drove an hour to get this pizza and it was worth the drive. We are from California and travel full-time and this was a very memorable experience. Highly recommend Lou Malneti's on Ogden in Chicago.”

“Lousie Was super good! Made great pizza and deserts and especially the chicken not to mention his hospitality! Thumbs up Thumbs up! Great place to go for my birthday!”

“Friendly service, peace an quiet restaurant with s very great vintage decorations. Service is taking its time.”

“Lou provided an outstanding experience from start to finish. His customer service was exceptional, and he made us feel welcome the moment we arrived. He took the time to share the history of this Lou Malnati’s location, which made our visit even more enjoyable. He also educated me about the catering options and explained how our high school could use Lou Malnati’s for future events. As a teacher, I truly appreciated him taking the time to provide that information, and I’ll definitely be sharing it with my colleagues so we can consider Lou Malnati’s as a regular catering vendor for our students and school events. Lou was professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Thank you, Lou, for the excellent service. We’ll definitely be back!”
