“At first we had visited the location on central and saw that their menu was small, not as we had seen on Google but then was told that this Belmont location had more options on their menu so both my friend and I traveled to this location; all the food we ordered was delicious. Specially their ceviche. We had both their ceviche clásico & camarones-phenomenal taste! I also ordered a plate called chaufa lomo (beef tenderloin that comes with egg, fried rice, fries, and plantains)- I ordered the fries, fried rice and plantains on the side to take home & just ate the beef tenderloin and egg and the meat was so tender. Everything was delicious! & their customer service was amazing as well”

“If you want a genuine Peruvian experience, you HAVE to check this place out! The chef puts together an amazing selection of high-quality ingredients and turns them into dishes that are packed with flavor. Every bite was better than the last! The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and feels like you’re being invited into someone’s home. The staff is friendly, attentive, and makes you feel right at ease. But the real star here is the food. Every plate that came out was absolutely incredible, full of authentic flavor and cooked to perfection. I was impressed from start to finish. 10/10, highly recommend! Can’t wait to come back and try even more! 🇵🇪🔥🤤”

“Everything was so delicious. This was my first time trying to Peruvian restaurant and let me tell you everything was so flavorful. I’m really shocked the steak with the green pasta was so delicious that steak was so juicy and had so much flavor and the soup was perfect. It was chicken with a cilantro caldo. Bommmmmbbbbb 🔥🔥🔥🔥 definitely recommend. It wasn’t too busy at all and we met the owner. She’s super sweet and there is even a area if someone wants to throw a party or banquet.”

“We attended a double graduation party last night here at LIMA! Fantastic food, very nice wait staff, excellent evening!!! The "LOMO SALTADO" ROCKS!!!!! And the ceviche....YUM! QUE RICO!!!!”

“The food is amazing and the staff is wonderful! I don’t ever feel like I have to wait for my food, it comes out fairly fast. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and would absolutely be coming back again.”

“Been here a few times for the dinner rush. This time I went with a few friends while in the city and decided to try their Lunch Specials. I had the Causa de Pollo as an appetizer with Tallarines Verses con Bistek and Inca Kola for $25. The plates were delicious and were big portions. Met both owners whom were great to converse with. Will definitely return when in the city”

“So so so good. We had ceviche Classico, jalea mixta and tallarines verdes con bistek. Everything was delicious. My husband was born and lived in Peru until he was 20 and he can’t wait to go back.”

“Estuvo muy rico la leche de tigre, me encantó:) y el tallarín verde con lomo estuvo delicioso. Definitivamente se volvió nuestro restaurante favorito de Chicago , ya que vivo en madison pero vale la pena el viaje 👏🏻”

“Excelente servicio y una comida deliciosa! La verdad recomiendo el lugar para pasarla en familia un agradable sitio para compartir”

“La comida excelente muy al estilo peruano el mejor !”

“Ceviche mixto was my favorite! The lomo (beef) is super tender and well cooked. I didn’t realize the service fee was automatically included but given the times we’re living in I still left an extra tip! I do agree that they should disclose the service fee when checking out or on the menu.”
