I have read about this place over the last couple of months and it caught my attention again after winning (another) mention as best chicken wing in Chicago. While the wings did not disappoint and Crisp’s sauces are worth every bit of the hype, Qon my very first visit the pomme frites took center stage. They were certainly tasty on their own, but dipped in the aforementioned sauces was pure perfection. Bravo folks! I look forward to my next visit!

“Crisp is amazing.”

Crisp is amazing. I appreciate the staffs and managers kindness to me even though I have autism and their food is amazing and really good. Owner Jae and GM Calvin and manager Eric and Jonny is very nice. The restaurant is in good condition. Amazing Korean wings. Must come back. 10/10.

“Korean fried chicken gem!”

Korean fried chicken gem!! So delicious, So flavorful, crunchy, moist. The wings are freaking huge! The sauces on the table added extra to the chicken. I ordered the 5 peace whole chicken wings half Seoul sassy and half crispy bbq perfect serving amount for one person. Super Cheap for what your getting in return. Only negative is The place is small and has really bad AC and large tables that you can share with others. The staff was great 100% recommend!!

Went here with friends. Small seating area and was pretty busy around 2pm on a Saturday. Great menu, they have displays for their bowls. I got the Crispy Chicken Bowl Special with the Korean sauce. 10/10, friends got the jumbo wings and they enjoyed thoroughly.

Loved my experience here. The cashier was beyond friendly, the food was delicious, and the price was reasonable. I got the crispy chicken bowl with bbq sauce and it was a LOT of food. The bbq does have some heat, and I was glad to have my favorite drink option (polar seltzer) available in the drink fridge. Seating is limited inside, only picnic style tables and counter seats.

Very informal and communal sitting which leads to meeting new people if you start up a conversation. The food is top notch! Great for friends or as a comfort food. In fact, food was so good, we dug in without taking a picture (oops)! My husband's cousin and her husband came in from out of town, and we forgot to say no sesame because she has an allergy. The food came and all 4 of us were like "oh no!" It was 💯OUR fault, but without missing a beat, he was like "I'll have 3 coming out without the sesame." We went to pay, and he didn't charge us and was so kind. We weren't looking for a freebie, but it was the consideration, quick fix, and humbleness of Eric - who happened to be the manager. We have been coming here for over 8 years, and the quality of food and service has always been consistent and that speaks volumes.

Friend recommended this place to me and I came with my family. It was pretty good! Definitely a nice stop to make if you’re out for a stroll or looking to try something new. Seating in there unfortunately is cramped it’s definitely a popular place. I’d definitely order it to go next time, but will be back.

“I've only had the wings and fries here but they are fantastic.”

I've only had the wings and fries here but they are fantastic. And after five years of going here they have only gotten better. You can salary get them in sets of three as well as five and ten making it easier to mix and match. The seating is somewhat communal but the benches are now perpendicular to the wall making it less so. It is still very comfortable and the people working there are still super nice!

This place was a highlight of my trip to Chicago. Crisp has tasty flavors for their chicken as well as huge quantities. The veggitable bowl was super refreshing, delicious, and paired well with the fried chicken. Make sure to grab a lot of napkins because it's messy work, and you're going to want to eat it all. Highly recommend!

Initially when we walked in, i rolled my eyes at my brother... 'why did you take me here?' But actually the food was AMAZING. Strongly recommend both the 'Not So Common' and 'Foodie' sandwiches as well as the fries. Decoration and atmosphere is actually vibe-y. Excellent drink selection too. Ill defo come back.
