Man, I loved BopNGrill back in the day, the kimchi fries used to be one of the best in the city to me.
It's sad to see this place decline in quality. Their fries used to be soooo good but, clearly they've changed.
I seen bopngrill on food network and wanted to try it. All in all I was happy after i ate.

“I was going to the BopNgrill on Belmont , but closer to Sheridan, so ended up going to the Loyola location.”
I was going to the BopNgrill on Belmont , but closer to Sheridan, so ended up going to the Loyola location. Mr Song said that Belmont location closed due to building lease. Bop Ngrill gets very busy between carry out and people eating inside. I had the pork dumplings with really good sauce and the mushroom duxelle 2.0 burger. Another Chicago great Burger for everyone.

“The food was done especially fast.”
The food was done especially fast. When you order on the kiosk. I thought the burger was excellent and will cooked and no problems at all. I like the fact that I can get gouda cheese with a burger.

“You HAVE to try the burgers and the chicken katsu bowl, they’re both fantastic.”
You HAVE to try the burgers and the chicken katsu bowl, they’re both fantastic. The burger has an incredible bun and the ingredients all taste very fresh, with a flavorful burger sauce. Good portions for the bowls. They usually come with rice, protein, and a side salad. I would highly recommend the crispy chicken, which is excellent. If I had any improvements, I think they could add a bit more sauce to the rice bowls to improve the texture. Overall, I really enjoyed the experience and would definitely come here again. Also has reasonable prices!

“Everything was delicious.”
Everything was delicious! I would pick any of the burgers over the rice options though. Kim chi fries is a must. But why are the tables so sticky??

“Yes, it's the place from the Food Network.”
Yes, it's the place from the Food Network! And it's a unique (in a great way) flavor profile. I highly recommend the bowls if you're in the mood for something delicious and lighter. The burgers are great and filling. One of my favorite items at Bop N Grill is the bulkogi.

Saw this place on the food network and the next time I was in Chicago, I had to give it a try. Absolutely awesome! Tried the kimchi fries, woulda liked a little bit more kimchi, but other than that they were perfect and the portion was huge. Also had the bulkogi, also delicious, tender and generous portion. Service was great and speedy.
