Kimbap perfection! I am convinced this is the best kimbap I've ever had (and I've eaten at many places). They use real fresh ingredients and doesn't skimp on quality. Look at that very thin layer of purple rice!!! I have not found this anywhere else. Truly delicious. I'm going almost everyday now.

Went based on the reviews and was not disappointed. Excellent prices and amazing kimbap. I ordered one roll and had to go back for a second (and maybe a third). The sauce paired perfectly. The gochujang mayo was immaculate. I would order catering next time because it’s possible to consume hundreds of these little things.

Loved this! Maybe my new favorite place downtown for lunch! I got the bulgogi beef. I love that it’s so consistently made and tightly rolled. Flavor is amazing too! I also got fishcake soup, perfect Korean classic street food, warming during the winter. I also really loved their rice milk based horchata (no dairy)

Came after the lunch rush and I was served really quickly. The staff was really friendly and helpful. There were two vegetarian options, the cheese and the tofu. Both had egg, and were surprisingly filling. The sauces were yummy, and the vinaigrette was my favorite.

I’ve tried a lot of different kimbaps that are sold in korean convenient stores, grocery stores, and restaurants. After trying out 82 kimbap today, I can say that this place has the best kimbap in Chicago! Me and my family ordered the beef bulgogi, spicy pork, spam, and tuna with all 3 sauces. They all paired perfectly well, but my favorite combination was the spicy pork with perilla vinaigrette!! I noticed they use a lot of high quality ingredients in their kimbap. It is full but not too much to the point the kimbap falls apart. It keeps a perfect round shape. The meat and vegetable is perfectly seasoned, and I love how they use black/purple rice (흑미) for their base which has a more deeper flavor than regular sushi rice. The taste is amazing!! Overall, highly recommend to anybody who is willing to try high quality Korean food and who are kimbap lovers!!!

“This was hands down the best kimbap I’ve ever had.”

This was hands down the best kimbap I’ve ever had. I got the pork, beef, and tuna, and was immediately surprised by the high quality arrangement/wrapping of the kimbap. Each slice held together perfectly. The sauce and radishes on the side were a great touch too. 10/10 would recommend stopping by here and trying it out!

We tried the spicy pork and bulgogi kimbap, and both were so delicious! It tasted just as authentic as eating in Korea. The complimentary 오뎅 국물 was amazing, and the 깻잎 sauce paired perfectly with the bulgogi kimbap. The employees were so kind, and the food quality was great for the price. I would definitely come again!
