“The food is absolutely delicious and the service is amazing! I would definitely comeback again to try more menu items! Everything tasted fresh and the flavors were very rich!”

“Had an amazing experience here ! Our server, TJ, was incredible, super helpful, kind, and attentive from start to finish. The service made the meal even better. Highly recommend stopping by! 🍜✨”

“Happy that there's a more convenient location to me now! I think the serving portion is smaller than the Logan Square location but ramen is as good as ever. Our server was friendly and drinks were good. A nice restaurant for winter. Will come back for sure.”

“We stopped here for a quick lunch on our way through Chicago and could not be more pleased. A really tasty bowl of ramen and delicious pork belly bun. Would highly recommend!”

“Probably my favorite ramen that I’ve had to date in Chicago! I ordered the spicy miso ramen, which had super tender meat and a broth that was just the right level of spice. Seating is pretty limited, but the wait wasn’t too bad at all. It has an intimate feel to the restaurant, and I feel like the servers were quite attentive, which was appreciated. Definitely worth checking out for a solid ramen joint in west loop!”

“Wasabi Ramen totally won me over. The gyozas were insanely good, super crispy on the outside and packed with flavor. Easily some of the best I’ve had. I also tried their margarita, and it was surprisingly delicious, with the perfect citrusy twist. I ordered the Spicy Roasted Garlic Miso and loved every bite. The broth was rich, the pork was tender and full of flavor, and the noodles were exactly how I like them. I added corn and butter, which made it even better for my taste. I also sampled the Original Tonkotsu, and it was just as amazing. One of the best parts? Their happy hour runs until 6:30, which is super convenient. We got to enjoy cocktails and appetizers at a great price, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back, it’s the kind of spot that stays on your favorites list.”

“The ramen here was so good! I got the vegan ramen (there was only one option for non meat eaters). I was a bit wary of the broth having seaweed because I don't usually like that taste, but it was delicious! The noodles that come with the vegan ramen are different than the regular ramen noodles (presumably no egg, but I didn't ask,) so if you want the regular noodles you can probably swap out. The vegan ones were great though. They randomly have happy hour on Sundays which we caught the tail end of and got to have a nice edamame before our dinner”

“This place was recommended to me by a friend/coworker. Really good ramen and the happy hour appetizers and beer was a really good deal. Will definitely go back.”

“This place is excellent. They’ve solved a problem that I never considered. Sometimes you don’t want your whole meal to be 1 big ramen, especially because ramen usually takes up exactly 100% of your stomach space. This place does a lunch special where you get a small ramen, and a noodle dish and a salad. Tasty, zesty, varied and delicious. Loved it.”

“Great Ramen restaurant in the center of the Fulton district. They DON'T take cash !!!! You probably want to call for reservations on weekend nights, as it is a cozy place. Green Tea - good, with a fresh taste. Pork Belly Buns - soft, pancake style bun, bent into a taco shape. It's way better than it sounds; don't skip it. Spicy Roasted Garlic Miso - super spicy, like the level of 'hot' dishes at a Thai restaurant! A big bowl of creamy soup, with pork, hard boiled egg, and bamboo shoots. Really good. Oddly, it loses all it's spiciness in the fridge over night. Recommended for those who like Really spicy soup. Tokyo Classic Shoyu - egg based noodles with chicken broth and pork chunks. Delicious, would order again. Safe choice if you don't know what to order for your first time. Restroom was clean, and service was great. Highly Recommended”

“🍜 Ramen Wasabi: World-Class Slurp I’ve hunted down the best bowls from coast to coast in the States and slurped my way through Europe’s surprising noodle scene, so believe me when I say Ramen Wasabi holds its own against the big guys. Here is the lowdown on my visit: The Order: I went for the Miso Kimchi Ramen topped with pork and egg. Absolute fire. It’s that perfect balance of spicy, savory, and "I need to unbutton my jeans" deliciousness. The Vibe: The food and drinks here are what I call "reliable joy." You just know it's going to hit the spot every time. The Service: Top-notch. The team here is attentive without hovering—a rare art form. ❄️ One chilly note: While the broth warms your soul, the front door cools your ankles. It would be a perfect touch to add a canvas wind-blocking vestibule for the winter months. Let's keep the draft in the beer glass, not the dining room! Verdict: Go for the creative bowls, stay for the reliable joy. Just maybe grab a table away from the door until they get that windbreaker installed. 😉”

“I came for a solo dinner and got the original tonkotsu. The portion size was generous and the broth was slightly too rich but still tasty with thick cut pork belly rather than thin slices. The restaurant was understandably busy with deliveries and the service was slow albeit friendly.”
