I was excited to try Hiro. Food was bad. I got sick. Dining room was uncomfortable. Staff was kind.
Service and atmosphere were great.
I was looking forward to this place but it was extremely disappointing.

Was so excited to try this place, and it did not disappoint! Everything was portioned to share and absolutely delicious. Don’t skip out on drinks or dessert either! Service was great— making for an even better experience. Can’t wait to return

Came here for the toki tres leches and it did not disappoint! The black sesame tahini cajeta was incredible and I wish they sold bottles of it but also glad they don’t because I’d go broke stocking up. The short rib noodle was another stand out and left us speechless. If there’s anything we regret it’s getting the chicken katsu, it’s good don’t get me wrong but next to the rest of the menu even a panko-crusted chicken can’t compete and that says a lot!

Decor and branding is also 👌🏽all the bad reviews in here are from haters In order of best dishes to least best dishes (cause everything was fire) 1a. RIBEYE KUSHIYAKI (super wow!!) 1b. LYCHEE CRÈME BRÛLÉE (wow!) 2. TORO HAND ROLL 3. BUTTER BURGER 4. TRUFFLE HAMACHI CARPACCIO 5. SHISHITO PEPPERS Also…I’ve never been anywhere, where the food came out so quick…sheesh 100% go here. The ambiance here is absolutely gorgeous. We had dinner in the back and then moved to the front bar for a nightcap which was such a nice way to end the night. The food was yummy, a little pricey for the portions, but definitely felt high quality. We had the short rib and rib eye robata, short rib noodles, and the al pastor hand roll which was one of the best bites. The toki tres leches was also delicious. I think this spot is perfect for date night with drinks and snacks rather than a big dinner. The hospitality was amazing! Our server Ethan was so sweet and everyone we interacted with was so kind. Definitely would come back based on hospitality alone.

Really great experience! we were trying to figure out where to go after our other reservation fell through due to the rain. There was a res available in 5 mins and we ran over — best decision of the night. We got 6 dishes for three people and all of them were great, especially the short rib noodles, brussel sprouts salad, and pan fried gyoza. Drinks and desserts (lychee creme brulee! trio tres leches w black sesame!) were standout, and our server at the bar Gehrig was awesome too! Would recommend, had a great time sitting at the bar and enjoying the vibes.

I wish I would have taken more photos. Dinner was incredible - but what stood out the most was the service and the cocktails. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend the Bananas Foster and the Soba noodles.

Every entree was so thoughtfully made and well put together. Between the drinks (triples??), food and company- you really can’t go wrong here. Crème brûlée and skewers are a must. Definitely coming back.

The truffle hamachi carpaccio was a highlight with super fresh fish and crispy potato bits that added the perfect crunch. Probably the best bite of food I’ve had. The crispy rice was another favorite packed with flavor. We also loved that the owner came by to tell us about their house-made chili oil. The small touches like that really make the experience special. Both the server and chef took time to explain each dish, which made everything feel even more thoughtful and personal. For dessert, the Toki Tres Leches was amazing with rich flavors, not too sweet, and a generous portion. We had a couple of cocktails that were all refreshing. We were tempted to try everything on the menu but were way too full but there’s always next time! Highly recommend if you're into great food, good vibes, and awesome service.
