The restaurant’s quite small with a bar and 3 tables which have 2 booths and 1 just have four chairs. There’s a mirror and it’s situated in a way where the bar area and the 3 tables look duplicated so the restaurant at first glance seems bigger than it actually is. The menu had a decent selection. There was all sorts of ramen, chicken, shrimp, beef, vegetable, white miso, red miso, and appetizers, tsukemen, rice bowls, drinks, desserts, and more. I ordered the Beef Ramen Curry which I knew by the name would be good but it was even better than I expected. Not too salty whatsoever and the beef was delicious delicious. Great portion if you’re super hungry as well. Soup was great.

i was pleasantly surprised by the portions given and the extremely fair prices. the staff was attentive and kind, warned of spice, and offered napkins/bibs to avoid splash. they played very calming shamisen music, which i thought was a wonderful touch. i went in expecting americanized food, and got authentic Japanese cuisine instead. prices range from ~$14-22 depending on what you want. love it! i can’t wait to come back.

Probably the best ramen I've ever had. They have instructions for how to eat the noodles separate from the soup for those that don't know. The staff was very nice. The food came out very quickly! Will be coming back next time I'm in the area!

Fantastic, this location is a hidden gem. Definitely try the edamame with garlic, we had a spicy miso ramen and a vegetable broth ramen. Totally delicious, unlike any other place This is legit ramen, 10/10 🍜

Had an amazing time at Chicago Ramen. I had the spicy white miso ramen, and my girlfriend had the vegetable ramen. Both were excellent. Service was great. Highly recommend!
