Tried the OnlyPans, and was overwhelmed by the incredible flavors!! The quality of the ingredients is evident in every bite. Easily the best pizza in Chicago, and probably a contender for best I've had at all anywhere. No words can describe what this place offers! Highly recommend this place!! Make sure to check their website to preorder around 745am, usually opens up a few minutes prior to 8am.

“I was finally able to secure a pizza for pick-up this evening.”

I was finally able to secure a pizza for pick-up this evening. You have to order between 8-9am or else they’ll be sold out. I ordered the Tom Skilling and OnlyPans. You could taste the freshness of ingredients and the bread was delicious — so soft and not too thick. The tomato sauce tasted incredible as well. I will absolutely order again. Top 5 pizza in Chicago for me.

Doing my research before coming to Chicago I had found this gem on YouTube. Robert described the process for his craft is great detail and with a charm for his city that intrigued me. Coming from South Alabama I wanted to make every restaurant pick meaningful. I awoke promptly at 8am as instructed by his website and secured my 6pm spot. Milly’s was truly worth the hype, would highly recommend. The staff is welcoming and very friendly. Even though it is clearly stated online and posted in plain English on the door we were amazed to see how many people could not grasp the concept of a limited availability. The staff was very kind and friendly to them regardless of their actions. If you haven’t already been here it’s a must while in the Chicago proper. Stay blessed Milly’s

So glad to have one of the best pizza in this neighborhood! Please note they have limited number of pizzas per day so order in advance as they do sell out! About the pizza - the dough is light and full of flavor, it is loaded with cheese, high quality toppings, this is a winner combo to make us craving more and more. We tried veggie pizza which had some good heat and Only Pans with pesto, both were delicious and melted in our mouths. Highly recommended to try this at least one time!!

Ordering the onlypans pizza for take out was a great idea. It was still hot when I opened the box and the crust had that crispy edge everyone talks about. The mix of cheese pesto and chili honey made it feel really special even at home. The portions were hearty and filling without being too heavy. I will definitely be doing take out from here again.

They aren't kidding about reserving your pizza ahead of time. If you're hoping to snag one on the same day, you best hope someone cancels otherwise you're out of luck! We ordered the 10" Only Pans pizza ($26 as of 8/2025) which contains pepperoni, peppadew peppers, ricotta and pesto. Oh boy was this delicious. The best way to describe it is if you took a Detroit Style pizza and made it a circle instead of a rectangle. The dough was perfectly fermented and pillowy and the crisped cheese gave the edge crust a perfect crunchy texture. The cheese, peppadew and pepperoni combination gave a fantastic salty and sweet combination that is out of this world. The 10" is perfect for 2! They are very precise with the timings (they'll let you know when your pizza is ready) so if you ordered for a 5PM pick up, expect it to be ready for you at 5! Inside is very no frills with window bar style seating and a singular booth table inside. Staff was friendly! If you want to eat in (like we did) make sure to let them know so they'll cut it for you! Overall we were quite happy and will definitely be back next time we're in the area!

“What an experience.”

What an experience! I made the mistake of placing an order for the wrong day. I show up and the cashier said he couldn’t find my order sure enough I made a mistake. He was so kind and gave me an a no show pick up. So o got a chance to try MILLYS and it was excellent! Good sauce, nice and spicy pepperoni.. 5 stars customer service and Pizza!!

The best deep dish pizza you’ll ever find in Chicago, trust me. Important: they make a limited number of pizzas each day, so you must order online at least one day in advance. Now, about the pizza: amazing, amazing, amazing, we got the Only Pans, and let me tell you, you can instantly feel the quality of the ingredients the moment you open the box. The smell is incredible, the flavor is rich, and the consistency of the cheese is superb. Best ricotta I’ve ever had. The combination of chili honey and pesto is superb, the pepperoni adds a bold kick that blends perfectly with the creamy ricotta. The pizza is thick and hearty, but not hard to chew, just the right texture. This pizza is pure poetry for your mouth. Quick note on logistics: it’s takeout only, you order online, pick it up, and that’s it. No dine-in. Judging by all the local customers around, you can tell this is a true Chicagoan gem. 10 out of 10.

“I have nothing negative to say about the pizza.”

I have nothing negative to say about the pizza. When I picked it up, it was fresh and warm. The crust is delightful, with an airy, soft texture that perfectly balances the right amount of chewiness. The tomato sauce is just right—not too acidic or sweet/salty. Each bite is a harmonious blend of cheese, sauce, and basil (from the pesto). Everything is seasoned to perfection, making each bite incredibly flavorful. I felt truly satisfied, both physically and spiritually. The Italian sausage could use a bit of improvement. It’s a bit dry, but the seasoning is good.
