We went in on a Friday night and they were not very busy.
One of the worst pizzas and restaurants in Chicago. The salad had brown lettuce. The cocktail was watery.

The former Leader Bar is now Crust Brewing. They offer significant portions while maintaining excellent quality, a fun, sporty ambiance, and, most importantly, outstanding service. It’s quickly becoming one of our favorite spots in the area. They also have great beers!

Great salad (random)! The pizza was awesome I liked the thin crust better and got to try the pepperoni which was the best pizza I’ve had in the last year, and the fig pizza which isn’t typical for me but I actually really loved it. This will be a nice place to watch sports, tons of TVs, darts, great beer list. I’ll be back again very soon. :)

Instagram: @FritzNFood Went to the Crust Tap Room on Irving Park, a very new establishment serving fun bar food with some unique twists. We tried the Poke Nachos which were delicious, and such a unique take on standard nachos. Served with wonton chips instead of tortilla chips, and a spicy sauce instead of cheese. More than enough meat to make these nachos special! Next it was the 312 Empanadas, beef and giardinara stuffed with a light au juice dipping sauce. Not the most flavorful option and perhaps a bit too bland to add much to a classic empanadas. Lastly it was The Fig Is In pizza, which comes with prosciutto, spinach, and mushrooms with a light white sauce with a fig sweet flavoring. It was a well done Crust of the pizza to fit the establishments name, and the pizza had a nice savory/ sweet flavor to knock the white sauce take out of the park, my biggest gripe is the uneven minimal amount of prosciutto. Overall a nice atmosphere, extremely proficient, tentative staff, a nice take on bar food in a fairly underserved area! Check it out!

Crust hosted a last-minute, bug event for us (60+ people) and everything was perfect. We'd been to the restaurant before, sat on the back patio and watched sports, loved the food - pizza, wings, drinks. So when we had this party, we reached out with about a week's notice, and their event planner, Nicole, was so helpful. Immediately gave us a sample menu and pricing, answered all my questions. And all the staff when we got there were on point. So helpful, let us decorate, timed everything out perfectly. We did a buffet with pizza, salads, apps, mac for the kids. Even desserts. And it all tasted so good. Can't recommend this place enough for lunch, dinner, or event hosting.

Let me start by saying I really love this place! For the last few months my co-worker and I have been coming here every Friday after work to relax with drinks and good food. The service is always top notch and the pizza is crazy delicious! We usually split The Butcher with an add of giardinara - totally amazing. Everything from the steak sandwich to the smash burger are delicious and don't even get me started on the fried pickles! You can't stop eating them!! I wish I had some photos to post but we always forget and just start devouring the food. Cheers to many more Fridays and thank you Crust Taproom!!

Our new favorite place in the neighborhood! The food was amazing (especially the steak sandwich, sweet potato tots and sticky pudding), the drinks were also great and the service was the best from beginning to end! Shoutout to our server Joe too!
