XOtikka — Albany Park indian that sets the standard. The flavors don't apologize for being bold. Good service that doesn't feel rehearsed.

“It was amazing I asked him to make it spicy and he did”
Unfortunately their business is not doing well. I ordered food and did not bother to look before leaving the store.
We saw the reviews of this restaurant, they all were positive. We were excited for this one.

“It was my first time visiting this place, and I tried their XOtikka Chicken Burger.”
It was my first time visiting this place, and I tried their XOtikka Chicken Burger. Let me tell you, it’s one of the best Indian fusion burgers I’ve had in the city. The bun was soft, the chicken portion was perfect, and it came with fresh greens and cheese. Every ingredient complemented each other without overpowering the flavors, and it had just the right amount of spice kick. Highly recommended!

“We were to Chicago and wanted to eat something light, so we Googled and found this place.”
We were to Chicago and wanted to eat something light, so we Googled and found this place. I’m not here to talk about the ambience, but the uncle working there was so warm and welcoming—it felt like he was my own uncle from India! He’s incredibly sweet. The food was obviously amazing, especially the Gujarati dishes. The best part? He’s so friendly that he even lets you cook with him! So if you’re not feeling great and just want to feel at home, go there—you’ll leave with a full stomach and a warm heart.

“Extremely kind guy.”
Extremely kind guy. I only speak English, but he took his time with me and didn’t rush me! Someone reviewed everything is vegan, no it’s vegetarian!!!! The older guy accommodated me and made my stuff with oil instead of butter with dairy milk! I got the noodles and the chickpea sandwich. Sorry I forgot the name. Will try the samosas next! It was amazing I asked him to make it spicy and he did!!! Look at my other reviews if you’re skeptical. I’ve had Indian food before, but not this type. It’s usually the chicken masala/curry type. Fills you up nice and doesn’t make you tired! 10/10!!!!!

“Great little spot for Indian food in Chicago.”
Great little spot for Indian food in Chicago. One of the top 3, for sure. The owner/chef is just the nicest person and, it being a one-man shop, you basically interact with him and, ask for recommendations, shoot the breeze, etc. Everything I've tried on the menu is awesome - idli, samosa, dabeli, vada pav, some of the curries. And the chai is exactly like how I make it. "Kadak."
