“Hands down Pakwaan has the best Kalyani(beef) biryani on Devon Ave. My family orders from Pakwaan without fail probably 1-2x a week. Their chicken biryani is a runner up and haleem is just mouth watering good. You will not be disappointed with the food or the service here. A must try is their custard sweet. It’s got just the right balance of custard cake and fruit. The prices are great too. Probably the best on Devon!!”
