“Delicious food at reasonable prices. Friendly service. Varied menu.”

“We always come here as a family. The food is delicious and authentic.”

“If its empty, its because they serve you quick This restaurant was so DEVINE! We were seated quick, got waters no less than 5 minutes after we sat down. (Which is huge for me because I’ve been to restaurants where they never give you water). The waitress and other staff members were constantly checking up on us. It was phenomenal. The apps came out 10 minutes after we sat down and the food came out shortly after that. The food was so yummy and the egg rolls!!!! I love egg rolls so bad so when i saw on the menu there were only spring rolls listed i was confused, but after speaking with the waitress they sell both (thank God) I was really sad a roof top restaurant i book reservations for had cancelled my reservation. because someone decided to rent the whole restaurant. (random lore drop) HOWEVERRR going to china town, exploring, and finishing off my birthday here was awesome sauce way better than some basic roof top restaurant with basic food💗💗💗🤌🏽”

“Very happy we stopped here for lunch! The staff was so nice and gave a family restaurant vibe chatting with repeat customers. They were very efficient and the food came out fast and hot. We got the gen tso lunch special, crab rangoon, egg rolls, and pot stickers. Everything was perfect. The egg rolls have peanut flavor that was a nice difference. The pork pot stickers were big and packed with filling. Prices were very reasonable as well. A great stop if you're in Chinatown.”

“General's chicken was excellent. Good prices with great food.”

“It felt like I took a step into Chinatown in downtown New York! Truly in the moment we came through the door I knew this place was with legit. We ordered 4 dishes to split between 3 of us including General‘s Tso, emperor spicy chicken, and emperor’s fried rice and a seafood dish! I highly recommend if you were looking for a place for traditional Chinese food that is fresh and flavorful do not pass by this place! I’m not local but if I come back this will absolutely be on my list to return. All the food on the table with sake was $86 it was the best deal I found yet! Surface was phenomenal and it’s family owned please support local business and eat here!”

“We had such a great experience here! They were able to seat our family of 7 quickly, which is never easy, especially during busy hours. Our kids are pretty picky eaters, but they absolutely loved the noodles and fried rice and are already asking when we can come back again! Our waitress was incredibly attentive and provided excellent service the entire time. Everything from the food to the hospitality was on point. Highly recommended.”

“Stopped in for a pre parade bite and this place was a well oiled machine on what has to be the neighborhoods most hectic day!! Pot stickers, egg rolls, orange chicken & beef chow mein was ordered and devoured! Everything waa chef's kiss!!”

“The other reviews were true, this is the best Chinese food you’ll ever have. It all tasted so fresh and homemade. Definitely somewhere I’ll return when I’m back in Chicago”

“We had the Peking Duck. The waiter prepared the duck for us at table side. Suggest the fried chicken rice and the egg rolls.”
