“Best sandwich I’ve had in a long time the bread was super fresh and easy to chew. Makes a difference sometimes to have perfect crisp on toasted buns.”

“It was my first time in just now, so I tried the deal of the day - Italian sandwich. I got it quickly and it was quite tasty. The only thing that was disappointing was the small amount of meat on the sandwich, especially compared to the picture on their wall. I would go back, though. It was satisfying and there were lots of people eating there and ordering to go.”

“Daily specials are a decent deal. Very nice people and quick food through the app. Which wich will you get?”

“I've come here a few times at this point and they consistently put a disappointing amount of meat on my sandwich. We're talking about single layer of meat per type of meat with barely any overlap. The pic of the Grinder on the app has like 4 or 5 layers of meat. The staff is friendly enough but man I just want to get lunch and feel full afterwards.”

“No clue how to make a proper Philly Cheese Steak. Cold, minimal toppings. Their famous Wicked lacked all cheese. Should’ve read reviews before we decided to have lunch here. Waste of $20.”

“Miserable Philly cheese steak sandwich /made a chicken sandwich and was served with a cold wrap with literally three small pieces of onion and bell pepper with white chicken and some cheese which was not cooked and melted. Then sandwich was cold. Could not bear to eat it. One of the Service person was nice and told that it was made by someone who is still under training. Seems like a lame lame excuse totally unacceptable.”

“This place is grody. The trash cans are always full and the drink machine is infested with fruit flies. Cashiers are always on their phones and work with no haste. Found bug in my sandwich so there’s no telling what the kitchen looks like.”
“Which Wich Superior Sandwiches solid lunch spot in the Loop. I built a turkey bacon avocado on sourdough and my friend got a roast beef provolone melt, plus jalapeño chips and lemonade. Everything came out fresh and stacked right. Quick service even during rush and the bread options go crazy in a good way. Easy repeat spot when you’re downtown.”
“Thank you so much to the gentleman who assisted us on the night of 12/27/25! We came in right before closing needing a late dinner and we took it home to eat. We enjoyed it 20 mins later and it was delicious!! I got the avocado & tomato and all the veggies were good quality! Freshly sliced avocado and bright, vibrant veggies. Thanks so much!!”
“Friendly staff, sandwiches are decent size on flaky crispy bread similar to banh mi.”
“I love the food here also, the customer service is great”
“Absolutely fantastic experience at the Which Wich in downtown Chicago! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. My sandwich was made perfectly fresh ingredients, great flavor, and super customizable just the way I like it. The restaurant was clean, the service was quick, and the overall vibe was great for a casual lunch break. On top of that, the Christmas decorations were amazing festive, cheerful, and really added to the experience. It made the whole visit feel warm and fun, perfect for the holiday season.”
