All around rough experience at the NOW Massage Lakeview.
I usually have a good experience with this place, but my most recent experience was extremely disappointing… I specifically asked at the start that the therapist work on my back and legs, as i get massages for injury prevention and I know my legs need worked on.

My New Year massage was amazing. After spending 2025 with one masseuse who has since left the salon I was worried it’d take a long time to find/adapt and grow comfortable with someone new. Dee Dee was attentive and intentional about my needs and has restored my excitement about my monthly massages. From start to finish she made my experience tailored and my mind and body are thankful. 🤍

Very neat place, affordable for what you get with a monthly plan. The massage area is quiet, a lot of canopies separated by linen sheets. Very quiet. Every therapist has been great with custom requests. Great availability

Relaxing environment with good massage. Definitely add deep tissue to the massage. Otherwise I felt it was not much going on with the medium pressure for me. I have tried a few massage therapists, mostly are pretty good.

Trevor gave an excellent massage and I left feeling wonderful. I felt cared for and listened to. Only downside is the floors are so cold which is painful when getting dressed!

Javier was absolutely incredible. From start to finish, the massage was thoughtful, intuitive, and exactly what my body needed. His pressure was perfect, he paid close attention to problem areas, and I left feeling completely relaxed and restored. You can tell he genuinely cares about his work and his clients’ comfort. One of the best massages I’ve had.

I’ve been going to the now for years and always have a phenomenal experience with any of their therapists. This session, I got James, new to The Now, on his first day. He somehow upped the bar for any massage I’ve ever had. I don’t want to leave this review because I know he’s going to get completely booked - but he was truly unbelievable. Do yourself a favor and get a massage and book with James if you can.

I came in very stressed. I am a Massage Therapist myself, and I was having a really rough week. I explained everything to Vivian and she gave me exactly what I was asking for and more. Her technique in releasing tension is very impressive. I would recommend this Therapist over and over again.

I love The NOW Massage in Lake View!! I’ve been coming to this location for months, and every therapist I’ve seen has been amazing—so professional, kind, and attentive. My most recent session with Nicholas was absolutely incredible! From start to finish, the massage was so relaxing and restorative. He took the time to ask about any areas of tension and really tailored the session to what I needed. His technique was perfect—just the right pressure, smooth flow, and an incredible sense of calm throughout. I left feeling completely refreshed and lighter, both physically and mentally. If you’re looking for a consistently great experience and a truly soothing massage, I can’t recommend Nicholas (and this location) enough!
