“Fat Shallot is awesome. The cheeseburger was perfect. Two smashed patties grilled to perfect with a nice hit of pepper and the peppery bite of arugula. Munster cheese was a great switch up for the usual American. The fries are crunchy outside and creamy insides. Topped off with a Ginger Lemonade and you get the perfect lunch. Service was great and speedy. If you are at Sterling Food Hall, Fat Shallot is a great choice!”

“Great little spot! I work around the corner from Sterling Food Hall, and I've started taking all of my lunch breaks at the Fat Shallot. My usual is a Grilled Cheese, Tomato Bisque, and an Arnold Palmer. Always hits the spot! The service here is incredible too! Paula and Dani always brighten my day. If you need a quick lunch while you're in the loop, give this place a try!”

“Loved my meal. Turkey sandwich was fresh and delicious and the Chicago dog chips were so fun to try”

“I ordered a Reuben for lunch. The sandwich was excellent. As you can see in the picture, the corned beef was very thick cut, which is unusual. However, it was still flavorful and tasty. I could have used more sauce and sauerkraut, but overall, it was delicious and filling. I guess the good thing about not having too much sauce is the bread doesn’t get soggy.”

“Had the grilled cheese and Spicy Sesame Fries - both outstanding flavors but fries were not crispy at all, definitely need that second fry.”

“The Ruben was fantastic. The pickle was very good. The blta was good but not great. We were told not to bother with the fries. Revival hall is nice with a lot of choices.”

“Overall very, very good. Food was well-prepared and flavorful. The corned beef was tender and very tasty. The Spicy-sesame fries were flavorful but could used a bit more sauce (maybe on the side?). However, overall the portions are plentiful. Service took awhile (I think they were shorthanded). Although it is abit pricey, the portions and flavor provided a good value. I'll be back!”
“Corey indeed made an awesome Arnold Palmer. The staff was so pleasant and very friendly! Plus the food is always great!”
“Absolutely amazing spot for sandwiches! I work nearby and probably come here at least twice per week. The food absolutely hits the spot every single time and the staff are just phenomenal! Always incredibly welcoming and very friendly. My go to is the turkey sandwich and the pretzel bun is perfect, or the grilled cheese and tomato soup on a gloomy day. Cant go wrong!”
