“I was delighted with Noori’s wings, which are faithful to Korean fried chicken at its best.”
I was delighted with Noori’s wings, which are faithful to Korean fried chicken at its best. The crunch, breading size of the wing are exceptional as well as the gloss of the sauces, so this is up there with some of the best wings in the city. Both sauces were great, and the supreme sauce was very good as quintessential spicy Korean flavor that Crisp doesn’t do, as their Seoul sassy is more barbecue based. The balance was 95% there, I think I prefer the sauce at Kim’s, but the wing itself here is closer to actual Korean fried chicken than anywhere around. The ethos and fun decor of the restaurant was also very much in line with a Korean wings joint. I got rice because I was hungry but they had the proper wings side of pickled radish. I also had a triangle kimbop which is a Korean convenience store favorite, and the kimchi spam one hit the spot.

“I got the boneless 3 piece lunch special and a bulgogi kimbap.”
I got the boneless 3 piece lunch special and a bulgogi kimbap. Some of the best Korean fried chicken I’ve ever had! So juicy and crispy. 10/10 recommend. Can’t wait to try more on the menu

“Teokbokki decent, big portions for the combo.”
Teokbokki decent, big portions for the combo. Meat was a tad dry but the crispyness and sauce were quite good. Those were some of the best fries I've had in a while.

“If you’re on the hunt for Korean fried chicken that actually lives up to the hype, Noori Chicken on...”
If you’re on the hunt for Korean fried chicken that actually lives up to the hype, Noori Chicken on Clark Street delivers in full crunch and flavor. This isn’t your average wing joint—it’s a flavor playground with sauces that range from sweet soy garlic to fiery hot & spicy, each one crafted fresh in-house. The vibe is casual but clean, with friendly service and fast turnaround. Whether you’re grabbing a combo for lunch or going all-in with a 16-piece feast, Noori nails the essentials: crispy skin, juicy meat, and sauces that actually make you pause mid-bite. It’s the kind of place you recommend to friends and then secretly hope they don’t go too often—because yes, you want those wings all to yourself.

“The chicken always hits.”
The chicken always hits. I'm so glad we live close enough to order it as much as we do. It's been on our regular rotation for the last year and it's still so good. We get the chicken every single time but all the stuff is pretty good (and their signature iced teas are delicious and refreshing). The chicken is a must, kimbop feels lighter yet filling, bowl feels like a warm tasty hug, and tri-angle kimbop is a tasty lil snack. This time our pictures/ order includes bone in chicken, magic fries, spicy pork kimbop, spicy pork bowl, and rosé tteokbokki.

“place is the real deal.”
place is the real deal. I'm SO excited a store like this exists (finally!!) in Chicago proper. It's so much better than the other Korean fast food places and tastes super authentic. Food: 5/5 We got two flavors of chicken, the kimbap burrito, and the kimbap. The chicken was crispy, flavorful, and not overwhelming. They were huge pieces of chicken and was worth the value. The pickled radishes it came with were really good as well. The kimbap burrito was the star for me. It's a bit messy to eat having the rice on the outside but man oh man is it good. It was SO filling and packed. The kimbap was surprisingly good. The bulgogi flavor was on point. And the fillings were good. A bit pricey as I would like to see simpler kimbap at a lower price point maybe. Ambiance: 5/5 This place looks like it's out of a kdrama. It's super cute and makes me miss Korea! Service: 5/5 The owner is a sweet lady and the server was very nice. Nothing to write about here I'll definitely be back!

“Excellent fried chicken.”
Excellent fried chicken. I recommend the supreme flavor which has the perfect amount of spice. If you've tried Crisp, I think you would like this place as well. IMO the boneless chicken here is better than Crisp. Also make sure to get the magic fries. I think they're sprinkled with crack

“The chicken and the gimbap were AMAZING!!”
The chicken and the gimbap were AMAZING!!! Even though our order was to go, the food was equally amazing as eating it in person. We’re going in person soon and me and my kids are so excited! The owner is so kind and fantastic. I HIGHLY recommend this place!!

“I've been wanting to try this place for a while, as Chicago still has a limited selection of Korean food options.”
I've been wanting to try this place for a while, as Chicago still has a limited selection of Korean food options. This spot focuses primarily on street food, or 분식. We ordered tteokbokki with added seaweed rolls, bulgogi cupbap, and classic kimbap. The prices were very reasonable, and the portions were generous. I do wish the tteokbokki sauce was thicker to better coat the rice cakes. The bulgogi marinade was excellent—sweet and savory—but the sauce added to the dish was a little too sweet for my taste. The kimbap was delicious, and it comes in 10 big pieces. Overall, this was a great discovery in my old neighborhood. Since I work nearby, I’ll definitely be back for dine-in or takeout.

“This is one of the BEST Korean fried chicken and tteokboki I’ve had.”
This is one of the BEST Korean fried chicken and tteokboki I’ve had. The chicken is so crispy and perfect. The tteokboki is chewy and the sauce is just thick enough. The kimbap and fries were also amazing. We got this as our thanksgiving dinner and would 1000% do it again. Thank you for such a memorable meal!
