Seville Chicago
Seville Chicago — among the best food in Loop. Sleek and intentional, with the aesthetic dialed in. Worth ordering a drink, because the bar holds its own. Maria: "The burger was perfectly cooked, juicy and flavorful" [$$, patio]

“Friendly service, great lighting, and good food. Period.”

“Amazing place for a casual dinner at the food of a hotel under hüre sky scrapers”

“The food, service, cocktails, and ambiance were all very enjoyable. The rooftop seating is such a nice perk, especially on a beautiful day! The espresso martini was particularly well chilled and incredibly smooth. Couldn’t have ended my time in the city on a higher note than at Seville. Highly recommend if you’re catching a train at Union Station, it’s only a 10 minute walk away”

“There’s nothing better than sitting at a cozy rooftop restaurant, enjoying amazing food, and being taken care of with thoughtful service. ❤️”

“We went here after my wife saw it on a list for best steak tartares in Chicago. The steak tartare was very good but the highlight for us ended up being the truffle churros which had the perfect combination of flavors and textures. For entrees, the wagyu Bolognese my wife got was excellent despite my first impression of it on the menu as boring. I really loved the pork shank I ordered with the extra kick of spice from the sliced chili peppers and the pistachio chimichurri added some nice crunch and flavor. My wife also appreciated that the pork shank wasn't too salty since that's usually her complaint about dishes like that. Both of our drinks were also very tasty. I had gotten the one whiskey cocktail and she got the non-alcoholic cocktail with the non-alcoholic tequila (forgot the names and forgot to take photos of the drinks but both were fruity). Service was great, not pushy at all, available when needed and left us to our conversation otherwise. Ambiance was a nice--they have a skylight and city views with a quasi-Spanish / Portuguese vibe (at least I associate painted tiles more with Portugal). All in all, much nicer than I expected entering it though a Hilton hotel lobby and will be back.”

“Visited during Chicago Restaurant Week. The staff was helpful and kind. The stuffed pepper was great. The pasta was even better. The strawberry tres leches was the best. A dessert I keep thinking about.”

“The pork sandwich I had was delicious! I took a party of 7 here for business lunch. We all loved it & I would not hesitate to go back. Great spot across the street from Willis Tower.”

“A wonderful dining experience! The food was delicious, the service was attentive, and the staff was genuinely friendly and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, we felt well taken care of. A great place to enjoy good food with excellent hospitality, highly recommended”

“An amazing roof top dining experience. Great service and fantastic food. Beautiful view.”

“Great atmosphere with a welcoming, friendly staff. The manager personally checked in to make sure everything was perfect, which I really appreciated. I started with the mussels and clams—they were absolutely delicious, full of flavor. For my entrée, I had the steak with fries; the fries were light and crispy (not greasy at all), and the steak was seasoned perfectly with a really tasty chimichurri sauce. For dessert, I tried the tres leches cake. It was beautifully presented and had good flavor, though it didn’t quite capture the moist, traditional tres leches texture—it was a bit too dry for that. Still, it was enjoyable overall.”

“I had an incredible dining experience at Seville. I visited the restaurant on my birthday and overall was great! Foods were unique and exceed my expectation. Beef tartare was beautifully presented and I recommended you to order the Truffle Sacchetti and the fusion dish between Risotto and Paella, it was balanced flavors and cooked to perfection. Service was great, I forgot to ask the name of the server lady but she was so lovely! I love the cozy ambience and the dim lighting of this place. Will definitely comeback to try other dishes.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed the food, ambiance and the service. The space is very sleek with an amazing rooftop. Very vegan/vegetarian friendly food that's delicious. We got the roasted potatoes, truffle schatie, the roasted pinsa and a chop salad. Everything was great. Service was incredible. Excellent experience overall.”
