Drinks. I love the lychee martini and the old fashion was a full pour. Service. Great. Our waitress was very friendly.
Very disappointing roast dinner. Beef was super tough. Not really an English roast. Pies were ok but not great.
Looked like a cool place.

I had a pimms cup, cheese toastie and bread pudding. The drink was definitely not the traditional pimms cup but it was good nevertheless. The toastie was delicious, and the fries (chips) were just average. I also had the bread pudding and I thought it was also just average. Good service, nice staff.

Hot off the train, I royally (no pun intended) enjoyed the Bread Pudding French Toast. It came with a lovely dish of fresh fruit. After the Art Institute, I returned to enjoy the Wee Pie flight. Perfect for a cold evening with some hot tea. Filling for 1 but 2 could share and add on a salad. Delicious!

I had the pleasure of dining at the Elephant and Castle for six nights. Every dinner was outstanding. Not a bad dish on the menu. Definitely will return the next time I am in town. A great place for hanging out.

Anytime you are in Downtown Chicago, Elephant and Castle (Englist Pub) visit is a must. There are 2 locations. I went to the one at Adams Street. Got an opportunity to meet Michael (bartender) and he was extremely helpful in helping me decide on drinks and food options as everything on the menu looked yummy! I highly recommend the Penicillin and the Berry Ginger Mule. This is a great place to watch sports games and it was definitely packed for the Champions League Final between Inter Milan and PSG.

This place was exactly what I needed today. Reliably good pub food with comfy seats a great service. The Wee Pie Flight was perfect! Just the right amount of each of their pies. I liked the shepherds pie and the steak & mushroom best. Fries tasty and crispy and of course they had malt vinegar available in true pub fashion. All that food for under $20!!! Waiter was great too! He was attentive and friendly but saw I was pretty content overall so he didn’t hover. If I lived here this would be a favorite spot 🥰😋

In for the weekend and gave this place a shot. Prices were good for Chicago and service was fantastic. Place has a nice feel, clean and comfortable. I found the food a bit underwhelming, but far from bad. The fries were the highlight and well worth the visit in mind. It wasn't busy when we went at dinner time on a Friday. I'm not sure I'd go again, but that's because Chicago has too much to offer a visitor to go to the same place twice. I say give it a shot!

I am not just giving this 5 stars, to give it 5 stars. The atmosphere is very nice, not too loud at all. I was there on a date with my fiance and shared the Brussels Sprouts, she had the fish and chips while I had the Shepards Pie. Incredibly fast service, the servers were new but were excellent. I love England/Pubs etc, so this was just up my elley. The decor was fun, and really cool to look at. Will 100% come back again! 10/10 highly recommend.
