“Ordered birria to go and was really disappointed. There was barely any meat in it—mostly broth. For what we paid, the portion of meat was unacceptable. Definitely not worth the price. We received a refund but they were not apologetic when we brought the food back after having to come back once more. Update- 6/21 @9:43PM The owner responded publicly by calling me a liar and suggesting I was “used to arguing.” My main complaint was that the birria contained very little meat and mostly broth for the price. While I appreciate receiving a refund, the response only reinforced my concerns about the customer service experience. 6/24- owner deleted there comment but attached is there response”
“La torta de milanesa mas simple que yo a provado.. no tiene sabor .. puro pan. Lechuga . Milanesa . Crema . You guys don't put beans you guys don't put guacamole. All I taste is the breading on the chicken. I don't remember my last torta being like this. Maybe the cook that is working there today need some more training. I'm only eating it because I am hungry and I was taught not to waste food or throw it away.”
