I ordered the spicy Italian beef with chicken noodle soup. The sandwich was so delicious I had to order a second Italian beef it was that good. The meat was so fresh and it just melts in your mouth. The bread was definitely fresh and like a pillow. If you go there please order the spicy Italian beef I promise you will not be disappointed.

Decent food - a little overpriced for the amount you get IMO. Staff were very friendly and helpful with helping me figure out what I could order and potential allergens. Overall okay, but not a place I would try again unfortunately.

My company orders catering from here about 1 time a month at least. They typically forget to not put Mayo on it. Today despite no mayo requested I got it on my sandwhich as well as an extra cup of it. Also the bacon was soggy and sad instead of even remotely crisp. Thick tomatoes also watered down the sandwhich. Have asked company to stop ordering from here until they improve.

Located on the busy spotted location of Chicago. Seems like a good fast food but to be honest I didn’t like their pesto chicken sandwich for these following reasons; 1- it was only seasoned with pesto and cheese and no vegetables 2-no particular taste to it 3- the price of $12/$13 wasn’t worth the sandwiches price. 4- Their Soda machine was out of order

The dining area was poorly lit and dirty, it was giving dingy vibes. The staff working could not have been more annoyed at people coming in had they tried; they were curt, annoyed, and overall unpleasant. First few bites of the sandwich were dry, salty, and nothing on it tasted fresh. Opened it up to see wilted and browning lettuce and didn’t finish it. Really disappointed for the price.

I guess there’s no food standards in Chicago? Food prep in the guest area seems extremely questionable but makes me think about the rest of their food safety practices. Plus staff just…don’t care about anything. No greeting when you come in, leaning on the counter to take your order, staff clothing looking disheveled…and that’s just what I witnessed today! Doubt I’ll be back.
