First time trying and was disappointed on the service. I ordered the cheddar broccoli and got some tomato bisque soup.
I ordered the Mexican Street Corn Grain Bowl as a takeout, and it was a complete disaster.
I really have no idea how this place has 4 stars, let alone 2. The food itself is underwhelming. Near cafeteria.

The chicken pot pie and whatever the crumbsis they put on top of it is crack!Sooo delicious!! They pair so well together! I can eat a small cup or a bowl for lunch!it’s filling! I don’t live in the city, but I would get the soup delivered because it’s that good and unique!

I often get lunch at Zoup, and its great. I always order the Lobster Bisque, and its good. Ordering online is easy, and its usually ready on time. The price for a cup is reasonable, as the portion is enough for lunch.

Very delicious lunch downtown. We tried multiple soups and loved everything. Love that the soups rotate daily so there is always something new to try. Grilled cheese dippers were a favorite

Zoup! was zelicious!! I'll be back!! They have 12 smoky cauldrons filled with a myriad of tasty soup combinations (chicken pot pie soup, white bean and turkey sausage, chicken tortilla, etc.). And they ENCOURAGE you to sample the soups!!! Additionally they have bread bowls kicked up a notch with yummy flavors and cheeses. To add to this zoupa-licious party, you can select a salad and/or sandwich (on multigrain or french bread). Can't decide? No problem, Zoup allows you match two, to create your own combo!! I'm all Zouped up!!!

“Was on my way to Union Station and noticed Zoup.”
Was on my way to Union Station and noticed Zoup. Went in just as they opened at 11:00. Got a sample of their Seafood Soup and liked it and ordered it. I was able to get whole wheat bread with it. The Seafood soup was excellent. What I liked was the variety of soups to choose from. Staff were friendly even though they were very busy putting up on line orders. Will definitely stop again.
