“If I could give them ten stars I would! We keep coming back as a family for the great selection of food and drinks. The portions are huge and the service is always great. This has become our go to neighborhood spot.”
“Crust Tap Room I have to say this review is long overdue, especially since this place has become our second home. My husband and I came here the very first day they open which I think we’re coming up to a year!!. It’s been great seeing how the menu changes and my favorite beer Lights Out staying on tap! Angela is definitely our favorite bartender she’s been there since the beginning and has been consistent with her service and always welcoming us with the best energy! Knowing she’s behind the bar is usually the reason we decide to stop by as the crew is changing her presence always brings a positive energy. I would be remiss if I don’t include Stag he’s also been there since the beginning and seeing STAG the MAN brings a smile to our face with his friendly conversations. Veronica is my favorite Manager no lie it’s sad I don’t see her as much anymore but her friendly demeanor and amazing cocktails is a quality I miss her Veronica’s cosmos! There are many names I’m missing but these three come to mind ❤️but everyone deserve credit. For a place that’s only been open a year, they’ve managed to become my favorite place to stop by and defeats Leader Bar If you haven't checked this spot out yet, you’re missing out on the best beer in the neighborhood. Cheers to a great first year and many more to come!”
“What a great place. I knew immediately when I entered and was greeted quickly with a warm hello that this would be a good evening, and it was. Great vibe, friendly and quick service, staff were amazing, nice selection of beers, and the food was great. Will definitely return.”

“The former Leader Bar is now Crust Brewing. They offer significant portions while maintaining excellent quality, a fun, sporty ambiance, and, most importantly, outstanding service. It’s quickly becoming one of our favorite spots in the area. They also have great beers!”
“Crust Tap Room is a relatively new spot to the neighborhood so we had to check it out. We ordered the Loaded Pickles, Wings, and “Taco Dirty To Me”. We then paired that with a beer flight each. All of which was good along with the service. But I will say, they have some great daily specials. I wish they had them posted to the website!”
“Man, I really wanted to like this place, especially since this was my second time here, but the customer service is consistently awful—especially from the bartending staff. It wasn’t even busy, yet it took 40minutes just to get a drink refill. No one ever checked on us to see if we needed anything or if everything was okay. I ordered the pepperoni pizza, and it was actually really good. Unfortunately, the chicken wings were awful, and the fries tasted like McDonald’s fries with Parmesan powder sprinkled on top. I gave this place a second chance, but between the poor service and the inconsistent food, I don’t see myself coming back. The only person who deserves recognition here is the gentleman who clears the tables. He was the only employee who smiled, made a little conversation, and actually seemed to care about the customers. If anyone deserves a promotion, it’s him.”
“Had the pleasure of our 30th 😳 Class Reunion being hosted here😄. We had an amazing time. The staff was great, 10/10 service. The atmosphere, drinks, and food were all worth the trip to this lovely Northside Chicago spot. Thank you for hosting the Lane Tech C/O '96 😄”
