Qiaolin is the most authentic and amazing hotpot that I have ever had in the United States. The spicy base is amazing with oil sauce, exactly the same taste as the one in China. The self serve station is also amazing with various delicious Chinese spices, snacks, and desserts. I feel like I may do not need to order anything but the self serve station. Surely, all meat and vegetables are authentic, fresh, and delicious. Fish fillets, thinly sliced beef, spicy beef, bamboo shoots, and desserts are my favorites. Their service is always amazing and friendly. Due to the high quality service and food, it could take more than 2 hours to sit down especially during the dinner time. Highly recommend to make a reservation in advance. Anyway, this place is the best. I will be here every time I visit Chicago.

It was my first time in this market and I'm glad I visited this restaurant! Not only was the food amazing, but the staff was extraordinarily friendly and efficient. We got three different broth flavors (mushroom, chicken, spicy) the mushroom was very tasty. In addition, we ordered various shaved meats, meatballs, veggies, and enough noodles to feed a family of 6 although it was just the two of us. 10/10

Qiao Lin Hotpot is my go to places in the Midwest for a true authentic Chongqing hotpot experience. Food quality is the same, if not better, as you would expect for hotpot in Chongqing. Service is also top notch.

“This restaurant is a must if you are near Chinatown!”

This restaurant is a must if you are near Chinatown!! We had Veronica as our server who was great. She was friendly and fast! The food was to die for 🤩 We were a little confused at first with all the options as this was our first time at a hotpot, and figuring out the gluten free options took a bit. Our server wasn’t as knowledgeable about gluten free precautions, so I asked the host at the front to clarify since she was very knowledgeable about gluten free options and precautions. I’m grateful to both Veronica and the host for helping us out today and making me feel comfortable as someone with a food allergy.
