“Was making an attempt to go to the ramen place across the street but they were closed. It was pouring and Min’s was open. I will be dreaming about the flavors. The braised beef was absolutely excellent and I may just come back for more while in town for a conference this week.”

“Min’s Noodle House is BY FAR my favorite restaurant in Chicago. I might be biased because I live in Bridgeport, but it is beyond amazing regardless. My favorite dishes are the Chongqing Noodles, Sour & Spicy Glass Noodles and Szechuan Wontons. Everything I’ve tried has been amazing though. Min has never let me down. I am a big fan of spicy food, so this was right up my alley but they have options to make it less spicy or mild. The prices are also affordable. If Min’s Noodle House has no fans, then I am no longer on this planet. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.”

“Brown sugar Ice jelly was great! Dandan noodle is by far the best I have had in Chi, suan la fen(sour and spicy potato noodles) 酸辣粉was just ok, 尖椒鸡面was also delicious with fried chicken bits inside and a bit of spice. Roujiamo was actually pretty good with juicy meats, cilantro, and peppers. Be careful of what spice level you order because I usually can only handle mild spicy:/. Have been coming back multiple times and will knee coming back for dandan noodles, ice jelly-brown sugar one, soy milk drink and roujiamo!!”

“食物每一种都很好吃,超级喜欢😘 就是明明是饭店,弄的像大排档,坐半天服务员连问都不问站在前台里,要客人自己去前台点餐,隔壁老外也是坐着等半天,第一次去有点摸不清怎么回事,这样的服务一点不热情,很难和其他饭店竞争,收钱也自己去前台付,小费一分不少”

“I googled “lunch Bridgeport” and this came up. OH. I’ll be back. Everything but. Everything!!!! I was most impressed by the $10 tapa tray with beef shank, woods ear mushroom, and braised eggs. 30/10. The spicy dumplings were also phenomenal. The dan dan noodle portion and the bao buns are heavy and BIG. I’d happy to share a platter with 1-2 other people. Overall highly recommend and will be adding to my Bridgeport archive.”

“Not exaggerating when I say these were the best noodles I've had. I've been singing it's praises. The broth was packed with flavor and I'm usual not much of a broth person. Service was quick and you'll order through your phone at the table. I'm eager to return.”

“Really laid back and chill atmosphere. Beef noodle soup and chili wontons were delicious!!”

“Love their classic chungkin noodle dish with minced pork, def my favorite in town now. The chili wontons were also amazing. Street parking was easy and the ambiance was homey and clean. Would highly recommend!”

“La comida esta deliciosa 😋 🤤 a buen precio. Sobre todo, platillos diferentes de la comida china.”

“Come for the beef noodle soup, it's one of the best you'll have. I added pork belly just for funs and now I'll be doing that every time. Nice and quiet place. I've come a few times and it's never missed for me.”
