“The noodles are excellent — fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of authentic taste”
They sell really delicious food here. But recent purchase of pork buns are concerning.
I ordered only for pan fried potstickers under big bites category on their page unfortunately what I received definitely wasn’t a big bite.
The food wasn't as good as before. Got the hot and sour tofu glass noodle soup and soybean milk .

Love their classic chungkin noodle dish with minced pork, def my favorite in town now. The chili wontons were also amazing. Street parking was easy and the ambiance was homey and clean. Would highly recommend!

Come for the beef noodle soup, it's one of the best you'll have. I added pork belly just for funs and now I'll be doing that every time. Nice and quiet place. I've come a few times and it's never missed for me.

“Consistently been my favorite restaurant in Chicago.”
Consistently been my favorite restaurant in Chicago! I'm always craving something from Min's noodle house. Their chili oil is still absolutely killer, noodles amazing, broth kicks flavor-ass. I don't care if I'm already gorged on noodles and my mouth burns, I cannot stay away from another bite of that hot and sour glass noodle soup! My current favorite dish is the Sichuan spicy cold noodles with chicken.

“Min’s Noodle House 🥰🥰🥰🥰is a great spot for anyone who loves flavorful, satisfying noodle dishes.”
Min’s Noodle House 🥰🥰🥰🥰is a great spot for anyone who loves flavorful, satisfying noodle dishes. The noodles are excellent — fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of authentic taste. Whether you’re going for a soup or a dry-style dish, the texture and flavor really stand out. It’s the kind of place that hits the spot when you’re craving something comforting and delicious. The overall food quality is great, and the portions are generous. However, one small downside was the cucumber dish, which didn’t quite meet expectations — lacking freshness or flavor compared to the rest of the meal. Still, if you’re coming for noodles, this place is highly recommended. Great service, tasty food, and a cozy atmosphere. Just maybe skip the cucumber and focus on their signature dishes!

2025 update: shit is still fire yo Don't get me wrong, Bridgeport has a lot of Chinese restaurants - and that's great, I love them all, though their differences can sometimes be subtle and their menu offerings quite similar they have all provided me with countless contented evenings and great memories. In fact, the variety of delicious Chinese food options in Bridgeport and nearby Chinatown has motivated me over the last three-going-on-four years to pursue making my own, I now own a variety of cookbooks in several different styles and an exceedingly well-seasoned wok. Min's stands apart from all these places though, providing slightly more specialized and cuisine presented with zero pretension and outstanding service. I am possibly borderline obsessed with this place, they've stopped handing me a menu when I walk in. The prices are great, the service is prompt, and the food is almost eerily consistent. My number one spot in the city right now, I've probably been twenty plus times since they opened, definitely my favorite noodle bowl. Do yourself a favor and go, I recommend the original chunking noodle bowl and liberal-though-not-excessive use of the finishing vinegar. The street food videos on the televisions behind the counter are just an added bonus, genuinely the only television in restaurant use I actually appreciate.

“Great ambience, music, atmosphere.”
Great ambience, music, atmosphere. I went here with my friend and he loved the Chunking spicy Wonton soup(He's got a really high spice tolerance). Food was delicious, I recommend the spicy beef tendon appetizer, really flavorful!

Ordered the Chunking Noodles (Medium Spicy) with Pork Belly and some swide wontons. Both were absolutely amazing. The noodles had a warmth and richness that revitalizes the soul, even on a dark, cold, wet, and depressing day.

Yum! We split the braised beef noodle soup and thought it was a very good size for us to share. The flavor was incredible! We ordered mild, since it was our first time we didn’t know how spicy it would be. But it was great. I can’t believe how flavorful it was. The noodles had a good chew, and the beef was tender. We loved it so much!

“Super friendly and explained the dishes.”
Super friendly and explained the dishes. I got the beef noodle soup and the Dan Dan noodles. The Dan Dan noodle is soupless with a chili oil. The beef noodle soup had plenty of protein. They can make the dishes spicy or not. Great bowls to enjoy on a rainy day.
