“As per most freshly cooked foods, it is always best to eat it fresh and piping hot”
I ordered a avocado smoothie and a strawberry/pineapple smoothie.
The food we got was pretty good, but our order was wrong.
Atmosphere is barren and cold, tables were dirty, akin to a prison cafeteria.

“You get quite a lot of bang for your buck here.”
You get quite a lot of bang for your buck here. Their food is hot and delicious, plentiful, and sticks to your ribs. And as sure as God's got sandals, you'll be walking away from the table satisfied, re-energized, and ready to slay some dragons after eating any of their satisfactory menu items. From the ample volume of visually appealing food portions inside their to-go containers for when you order for pick-up to their prompt and amicable service, Lin's never disappoints. As per most freshly cooked foods, it is always best to eat it fresh and piping hot. If you're a Chinese and Asian food enthusiast with a big appetite and you're in the neighborhood, come one, come all, and come on over and check them out. Cheers!

“Really good Chinese food for a great price.”
Really good Chinese food for a great price. You can sit for food or take out. The food is out really fast and hot and fresh. They work hard and they work fast. Plenty of seating. Free parking at the huge shopping mall plaza. General Tsos chicken was just right and better than most places in Chicago right here in Norridge near Ohare. The lunch and dinner specials are a great deal also bc the dinner special comes w an egg roll and fried rice and the lunch special comes with fried rice (11:00am to 2:30pm).

“This place did not disappoint.”
This place did not disappoint. Portions are more than enough. What I thought would feed two, can actually feed 3-4 people. Pictures here of ordered take-out dinner: Crab Rangoon (not pictured, but has actual pieces of imitation crab, not just cream cheese), Hot & Sour Soup (a different twist and tangier than other Chinese restaurants), Moo Shu Pork (not pictured here, but order comes with your choice of four (4) "pancakes" or rice), Orange Chicken Dinner (comes with Egg Roll and your choice of rice - pictured here is their Chicken Fried Rice). Everything was under $40. Would definitely come back to try other dishes including their Thai items as well as Salt & Pepper items.

“The food is delicious and plentiful.”
The food is delicious and plentiful. If you want to eat for the whole weekend or feed a family you will be satisfied! Out of the Chinese restaurants I’ve been to this one also is especially healthier.

“Above average Chinese food.”
Above average Chinese food. It has lunch specials below 10USD. The fired noodles and rice are very good. I will go there again if I can

“The portions are large.”
The portions are large. The food was delivered promptly. However, the vegetable Egg Foo Young had no flavor, the pan fried noodles were incredibly greasy and the pot stickers were burnt to the point that they were just straight into the garbage. I keep trying different items from this restaurant hoping to find something good, but alas today was not the day.

“There is not one single thing I can say that I dislike about Lin’s Mandarin Restaurant.”
There is not one single thing I can say that I dislike about Lin’s Mandarin Restaurant. I have been coming here for over 25 years, and the food—quality, portions, and unbelievable taste—is absolutely out of this world every single time. The prices are incredibly affordable, the portions are huge, and the staff—being family-owned—are genuinely some of the best people you’ll ever meet. I personally have not chosen, and will not choose, any other Chinese restaurant. I haven’t in the past 25 years, and I don’t plan on starting now. Even though I no longer live close, I never think twice about making the 30+ minute drive back into the city because food this exceptional is worth every minute. Truly one of a kind. Keep up the amazing work, Rich! 👏🔥

“The restaurant is clean, we were seated immediately.”
The restaurant is clean, we were seated immediately. These are some of the best veggie egg rolls we had- had to order it twice. We had the veggie fried rice and asked for extra veggies and did not disappoint. We also had the veggie mei fun noodles, also very good. Def will be coming back!
