This place is really a hidden gem, one of my friends recommended this place about a year ago, and I have now gotten my family and other friends to try it once, and all of them have loved it. The combination of welcoming appetizers, tasty mains and delicious drinks all swirled together with quick service and a wonderful staff lead to this place being a wonderful place to stop by to eat a great meal, snack on a couple potstickers or if you are just looking for a tasty Hibiscus Spritz. (a really good drink that they serve made with Lychee and sparkling water) Overall, I highly recommend Hope this helps!

The atmosphere is great, excellent restaurant! The restaurant looks clean and have three very good size private rooms! Reasonable priced and decent portions As soon as we walked in, we received very good services from host, to staffs to our waiter Most of the food were excellent! We liked the walnut shrimp, the lobster noodles, the fish, the hot plate beef and the kids loved the chicken lol We were a little worry since its in down town, as soon as we walked in they have a huge bar but the Chinese food weren’t bad at all!

EXCELLENT restaurant!!!! As soon as we walked in, we received EXCELLENT service from ALL the staff, start to finish!!!! The food was very delicious and fresh. I can't forget about the tasty drinks they have as well. The restaurant looks very clean and they also have 2 or 3 private rooms. My family and I can't wait to go back. We ordered takeout of Walnut Shrimp, red chili chicken, and lobster salad. The first thing that struck us was the incredibly generous portion sizes. But the real highlight was the exceptional taste. The chicken was tender and juicy, the shrimp were massive and succulent, and the salad was fresh and crisp. It’s rare to find consistently good and fresh-tasting Chinese food. This meal far exceeded our expectations, and we’ll definitely be returning. Update 4/25. We have been coming here regularly for dine-in and love it.

Just discovered Shang Noodle and so pleased to find a really excellent Chinese/Asian restaurant nearby! The food was high quality and absolutely delicious and the menu offered many unique and different options to try. Our party of 4 had the Cumin Lamb, the Dry Sizzling Pot (w chicken), the Short Ribs (chef special) and the House Special Chow Mein. Each were really tasty, fresh, expertly cooked and nicely presented. We also had two of the unique cocktails: the Ube Colada and the Lychee Martini - both really yummy! We then had two of the desserts: the molten chocolate lava cake and the salted caramel cake, which were also fabulous. The service was really friendly too, and when they discovered it was my husband's birthday, they brought out a 3rd dessert on the house! The decor was modern and classy, the seating was spotlessly clean and comfortable and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. We'll definitely be back!

We love it here! The food is consistently delicious. We love both the sizzling dry hot pots and the hot pots. The vermicelli curry is amazing and if you like mushrooms Shang Noodle & Chinese restaurant in LaGrange is a must.

My fiance and I randomly chose this spot to check out and we do not regret it! We had steamed buns, edamame, everything fried rice and lunch specials. (Mongolia beef + honey sesame chicken) and it was delicious! They even have themes smaller private rooms, we definitely plan on coming back with our teenagers.
