We shared an order of the dobladas, crunchy wrap with soy and topped with a nice slaw; a savory pastelon casserole using plant-based picadillo; and a next-level pollo chuca subbing fried oyster mushrooms on a delicious bed of plantains and cabbage. The soup was pure comfort, the coconut ceviche was bright, fresh, and addictive, and the bagre en escabeche was packed with bold, incredible flavor.
