I was craving a sandwich and found this spot! Definitely worth the extra dollar or 2 FOR A REAL SANDWICH!! I ordered the classic and their delhi meat was thick and fresh!! The mayo was delicious, I think it’s made in house?? It was nothing like I had before! The bread is also so fresh and soft! It tasted amazingg and I didn’t add any changes to the recipe - the peppers aren’t spicy at all maybe a tad sweet if anything! Def come here if you’re craving a sandwich, they have a wide variety!! Sandwiches are $10-12

Amazing little sandwich I randomly just walked by. It’s family owned - really sweet owners working at the counter. They bake their bread every day. Everything here is homemade. I got the chicken salad sandwich so good ! Hard to find chicken salad in the city !

Fresh bread daily and quality ingredients. Bigger sandwich than most in Chicago. Get the Italian with special sauce. Very unique and good flavors. Don’t forget the Homemade desserts!

I ordered the Ray's Super Sub which was prepared okay (pic attached). Tasted okay. Not toasted. Just a cold deli sandwich. Soups of the day are separate and costs vary. Side items are separate costs (pic of selections attached). Energy Drinks and other sodas are stored separately and available for purchase. Overall, just a quick in and out place to dine in. It says "International" on the name of store but the menu is plain and regular.

Almost $10 for the tiniest breakfast sandwich ever. I was honestly really shocked when I opened the sandwich to find the skimpiest piece of ham. If you’re going to charge that much, at least give better portions.

I have only gotten their chicken salad & chocolate chip cookies because why would I try anything else after tasting both of those?? The bread is unreal, the chicken salad is sweet and creamy, the cookies are huge and full of huge chocolate chuncks. 10/10

I have been coming here for 4 years. Outstanding food and family owned — Everything is made in house including the bread, which makes a huge difference in how I feel after eating! Easily the Best breakfast sandwich in the loop. I love their sandwiches; i just got the meatball sandwich last week and was thoroughly impressed.

I had recently visited this location based on a co workers recommendation. The food and coffee was delicious and the staff was so thoughtful and caring. This week I needed a catering order for 40 and called Rita, the owner / manager. She talked me through the recommendations, budget and options. The food was delivered by her daughter and did not disappoint. The fresh bread for the sandwiches was delicious and don’t ignore the selection of vegetarian wraps. We also ordered a tray of the home made desserts because I am no dummy (I also ordered fresh fruit because I could). Everything was perfect and I always prefer to help a local family owned shop than provides a quality home cooked meal prepared with love and care than any other place. Go see Rita and her family! No photos because we ate all the food.

The Frank & Maddie is unique, delicious, and should be on the list of anyone who's serious about sandwiches. The folks there are super nice and lovely too!
