Ahuevo is an upcoming local breakfast eatery that has been operating out of Mi tierra Mexican restaurant that will soon have their first brick and mortar location. I had the Canadian bacon, egg and cheese sandwich and the single patty smash burger with a refreshing agua de jaimaica to wash it down. All I can say, ¡Espectacular! The ingredients are of the highest quality, all locally sourced and even the bread is made fresh daily. The bread was spongy amd soft yet sturdy eniugh to handle tnmthe fully loaded smash burger with veggies,sauce,bacon and cheese. The bread for the breakfast sandwich was just as tasty and fluffy with a slight sweetness to it that almost emulates a criossant. The owner Laz was kind enough to come to my table and tell me a little about how he achieves the amazing flavors that are represented in his sandwiches. While sandwiches and burgers seem quite simple, the ingredients make all the difference. That is where Ahuevo shines. Everything from the food and drink, to the wrapping paper and cups in which they arrive made my visit here an eggs-ceptional expreience. Thank you Laz, I hope to be back to this state soon to visit the new permanent location!

This restaurant is inside another restaurant called Mi Tierra. The young lady who assisted us was very nice. We are able to sit inside the restaurant and eat. It looked very clean. I had the puffy tots con huevos and my friend had the turkey sausage and egg sandwich. I also had the Cafe con chata. I received it cold but I know it would taste just as delicious hot. We had no complaints in regards to our food. Everything received was good and hot. I ordered the burrito to go with vegan chorizo and my daughter said it was delicious.

Wow, this vegan burrito is incredible—truly flavorful and satisfying, unlike the bland or underwhelming options I’ve tried elsewhere. Every bite was perfection! Thank you for such a fantastic meal. If you ever consider adding dairy-free creamers for coffee, that would be the cherry on top. Still, everything I ordered was absolutely spot-on. Hats off to your kitchen!

I only order from this restaurant! Customer Service is spectacular. Food is exceptional. Flavors are well put together. Food is always fresh. I’ve had their breakfast sandwiches (bacon, turkey sausage, pork sausage, and breakfast burritos) and they were delicious!!! They are packaged very well whereas it keeps the sandwiches warm and protected. Hot chocolate is made fresh and hot every time!!

“I can't believe I'm just now hearing about Ahuevo.”

I can't believe I'm just now hearing about Ahuevo! Tucked away inside the iconic Mi Tierra, this ghost kitchen is truly a hidden gem. As a big breakfast sandwich lover, I was blown away by the Canadian bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches—absolutely incredible. We also tried the breakfast burrito, tots with egg, iced coffee, iced coffee with horchata, orange juice, chocolate chip cookie, guava cookie, and agua de Jamaica, and everything was amazing.🤩 10/10! Be sure to ask for that green salsa on their secret menu 😉 What made the experience even better was the outstanding customer service. The owner, Lazaro, personally came out to greet us, welcome us, and thank us for trying them out. He and his team were so warm and inviting. As a small business owner myself, I really value excellent customer service, and they absolutely nailed it. This is hands down my new favorite breakfast spot. If you haven’t tried Ahuevo yet, you’re missing out! I promise you won’t regret it. Wishing Lazaro and his team all the success—they deserve it!

The food was absolutely exceptional—every dish was great. Their aguas were equally impressive and very refreshing. The staff was incredibly attentive and made sure every need was met with a smile. I’m already looking forward to sharing this gem with others and plan to make it a regular stop for lunch on my way to work. Highly recommend!
