“I love this place. I used to come here a lot when I lived in Chicago and never had a bad experience. Margaritas are amazing and strong lol - chips and salsas are yummy - interesting flavors I’ve never tried before. Service is friendly. Ambiance is the best - it’s super colorful and creative - there’s a lot to look at for sure. I think they hit the nail on the head with the balance between traditional Mexican and keeping it hip and modern on both menu and decor fronts. Highly recommended.”
“Exceptional and authentic restaurant. We went in near closing time and there was no line. For apps, we go the chips and guac which was really delicious. The 12 taco platter was a pretty good deal and came out fast. We got al pastor de pollo, bistec, carne asada, pork belly, and shrimp ones. The pollo tacos were so flavorful and juicy and the pork ones were well balanced with the pineapple. The beef ones were also tender and fresh. In addition, there were three great salsas on the side that added to the flavors. Overall, a great experience and the tacos were so unique!”
