“So when my grandson wanted to try sushi for the first time, this was where we started. Why? You might ask, well it gave hime a wide variety to choose from considering his limited pallet. He got the Rainbow, which is salmon, tuna, and tilapia as California Rolls. Which he absolutely devoured. The have freshly made rolls and the price is reasonable for the portions.”

“Genial los mejores shushi que e comido muy recomendado si están cerca vale la pena venir la verdad gracias”

“Food, service was amazing all at a great price. Definitely coming back when I’m here in chicago.”

“Hellooo!!! Visiting from miami beach for a short trip... We went to the french market to enjoy one of the best sushis in town if not THE BEST!!! Well you have to give it a try... It is simple, go to the french market and look for the freshest, tastier, and most elegant sushi in chicago area, blue spot sushi by Mr Agi, master chef. Professionalism, dedication, and passion are the main ingredients in his recipes. Thanks Agi for a great experience twice!!! Hope see ya soon!!!”

“I ordered the shrimp sando which was very filling but delicious! It can get quite busy during lunch as it is in the French market but I got to watch the sushi chefs make every roll by hand while waiting so that was cool. There's like 5 bar seats at the stall so you can eat there but most people take it to go”

“Best ramen of my life! Quick stop at the French Market and got lucky to find Blue Spot open. Not too salty. Every bit of it was high quality and distinct. Could eat this every day. Great service as well.”

“Good sushi, not overpriced but takes a long time for a simple california rolls with hardly any other customers”

“Very accessible location nested within the French Market. The food is fresh and made to order. They have a good selection of vegetarian options as well. On the flip side of making things to order, it takes time to get your order. Plan accordingly. There are a few seats by their counter facing the chefs.”

“Went there at 11:15am on a Tuesday for lunch. They were not busy but 10 mins wait for sushi. ETA: Finally ordered via GrubHub and took an hour before I can pickup. The sushi is worst than my own homemade and I thought mine was bad. Too much rice. Rolled was horrible. Tiny pieces of fish. All for $19. I would not go back at all after this.”
“Ordered for a work lunch drop, sushi was excellent. Very impressed.”
“A really good bento box. I decided to dine in, and they do have a bar that you can eat on.”
“This sushi is amazing. Spicy miso soup is great if you like spicy food. I ordered shrimp tempura roll and spicy tuna roll, both delicious. I can tell the ingredients are a good quality. Try it out. I ordered ahead, it probably took 20 minutes for them to make the two rolls and it was around 1130am on a Wednesday.”
