Some of the hardest working restaurant staff I've seen in a long time. The kitchen crew was cranking out food nonstop and the serving crew was on top and ahead of any needs we had. I had "El Torero" and it was absolutely delicious! The chorizo added a nice touch to the eggs and the grits were a nice compliment to the meal. “This breakfast experience was amazing.”

This breakfast experience was amazing! I ordered the All-Star Combo with three eggs and crepes. The eggs were incredibly fresh and delicious, and the meats were cooked to perfection. The crepes were also incredibly tasty. I’ve been to many places with great breakfasts, but this place stands out. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the place itself was clean and had a nice color scheme. Overall, I would highly recommend this breakfast spot and would definitely visit again soon!

The most amazing part of dining here is our server, Nevin! He served our breakfast with a smile, and was incredibly attentive, informative, and very courteous throughout our breakfast. If you're in the area, stop in and say hi to Nevin! Service was very fast. Coffee came out quickly. Nevin came back in just the right time to check back in and the food came out fresh, hot, and more importantly, quickly! It was semi-busy and in the middle of the week, so please always give some grace and courtesy for weekends and special event days when dining out. Thank you, Nevin for a great start to our day!

The food is delicious, and the service is quick. The only concern is that their 5-egg omelette and 3-egg scrambled eggs should be available in smaller portions because they also come with pancakes. If you order a 5-egg omelette, it’s a good meal for two people.

“This was just perfect.”

This was just perfect. Our meals were delicious and our server, Nevan, was fabulous. We’d come back just to have him wait our table again. We were able to get a table outside which was also very nice. It was just breakfast but it could not have been nicer.

Today, we had a wonderful breakfast at Yolk Marina City! The food was delicious, the service was outstanding, and the atmosphere was amazing. We enjoyed a variety of dishes, including the Torero, Crepes, California Omelette, Caprese Benny, Skillet (build-your-own), Cinnamon Roll, and French Toast. It was a fantastic experience, and we'll definitely come back again. Thanks to the Yolk team for a great experience!

“Fantastic breakfast food.”

Fantastic breakfast food. We got in around 9-9:30 and the wait was only 5 minutes or less. The meals are large and very filling. Beyond delicious. Great for any age. Highly recommend the banana nut French toast! It gets pretty busy the later it gets so my advice is to get there as early as you're able. Great place overall.

Was taken here by friends who live in Chicago’s, we had a bit of a wait as it was super busy, and it was worth the wait. We tried a few different items from the menu including pancakes, French toast, avocado toast, etc and every thing was delicious and fresh. Definitely would visit again when I’m in town.

I visited Yolk this morning and had an awesome experience from start to finish. As soon as I arrived, my waiter greeted me with a warm smile and was incredibly polite and attentive throughout my meal. I was seated by the window, which provided a nice view and a cozy atmosphere. For breakfast, I tried the strawberry cheesecake pancake (single slice) but made a couple of tweaks—I swapped the strawberries for fresh blueberries and skipped the graham crackers. The pancake itself was delicious, though slightly grainy in texture, but still very enjoyable. I especially appreciated the option of a single slice, as it allowed me to indulge without going overboard. The smoked bacon was slightly thick and had the perfect bite and savory level. I also had a glass of orange juice, which was a refreshing way to start the morning. Overall, the service was prompt, and the meal was satisfying. I’m already looking forward to my next visit to try the cinnamon French toast!
