“There is something incredibly nostalgic about the smell of charcoal, but Weber Grill takes that "backyard" vibe and elevates it to a high-end steakhouse experience. We came in for a family dinner, and from the moment the signature pretzel rolls hit the table, we knew we were in for a treat. The Food • Delmonico Ribeye (My Order): I went with the 14oz Delmonico, and it was outstanding. Aged for 28 days, it had that deep, rich beef flavor you only get from quality aging, but it was the charcoal sear that stole the show. It was juicy, perfectly marbled, and had that distinct smoky crust that you just can't replicate on a gas grill. • My wife ordered the 26th Street Shrimp, which were grilled to perfection with a nice snap and a delicious ancho butter sauce. But the real star on her plate was the side of ribs. They were truly "fall-off-the-bone" tender—sweet, smoky, and required zero effort to eat. • My son opted for the BBQ Bacon Burger. It’s a massive, high-quality patty topped with crispy onion curls and thick bacon. He’s a tough critic, but he polished it off, which is the highest praise a burger can get. The Atmosphere The downtown location has a great energy. It’s upscale enough for a nice date but completely welcoming for families. Being able to watch the chefs work the giant grills adds a layer of "dinner and a show" that kept us entertained throughout the meal. The Verdict: If you want a steak that tastes like the best version of a summer grill-out without having to do the work yourself, this is the spot. Everything—from the seafood to the heavy hitters like the ribeye—was spot on.”
“I’ve been here many times before when I worked in the area but I just returned with my family for Christmas dinner. Food was superb! The taste of the weber grill is YUM! I really loved my son’s meal haha, grilled hot dog! My son who’s a toddlers barely eats and ate the entire hotdog! We were so grateful this place was open as we spent the holidays away from home (which is now Toronto) although Chicago will always be home :) - great staff! Family friendly, highly recommend:) oh and they bring kids meal with a cookie, my husband look it was before the set the plate so my son could eat food before the cookie :) so cookie not pictured!!”
“I’ve always known the Weber brand for their grills, so I had high expectations for the restaurant and it didn't disappoint! I ordered the steak fajitas and they were excellent; well-served, full of flavor, and honestly a choice you can't go wrong with. We also tried the salmon, the BBQ baby back ribs, and even the deep dish pizza. For sides, the smash potatoes and black beans were great, but don't miss the corn and cheese starter. To finish, we had the Triple Chocolate cake and the cheesecake. Both were incredibly flavorful and the perfect size to share. A fantastic choice for a meal today!”
