Our server was fantastic, he was celebrating his 25 years of service in this hotel and it really showed. Friendly. Conversational and knowledgeable. The starter bread and butter was lovely. The sushi was good. It wasn't overly fancy but was priced fairly based on the other dishes. 2 of us split 3 rolls and it was plenty of food The menu here was pretty complex with most of the dishes having a 2-3 line description. The short ribs were seemingly the best choice in our group. The desert presentation was nice but I didn't love the flour less chocolate cake with mascarpone and pistachio ice cream.

My son treated me to dinner at Nomi Kitchen, situated within the Park Hyatt Chicago. The staff, including the receptionist, server, and manager Dan, delivered exceptional service. Each dish, from the starter to the dessert, was remarkably flavorful. I would highly recommend the chicken with lumpia, the Ube Mont Blanc dessert, and the Ube hot chocolate, which was truly divine.

Went to brunch with my friends and the atmosphere at Nomi was perfect—stylish, relaxed, and great for catching up. I had the Eggs Benedict, and it was delicious- the eggs were cooked perfectly, and the flavors were spot on. My cocktail was a nice surprise, smoky and sweet, with a balanced flavor that paired well with the meal. Service was smooth, the presentation was beautiful, and the overall vibe made it a standout brunch experience. Definitely planning to come back soon!

Located in the Park Hyatt, this high end resturaunt on the 7th floor has beautiful views of the city, including an outdoor patio for lunch and dinner. Our stay let us try breakfast & lunch, each with an abundance of options for all diners. Their Caesar salad may have been in my top 5 off all Ive tried...very delicious. They also have excellent service and friendly hosts.

We are staying for the weekend and decided to try the in-hotel restaurant. DEFINITELY impressed! The food tasted like someone legit enjoys their work, and the service was spectacular! I felt pampered and like the server cares about me as a person (I loved it, I’m healed) I got the Ube pancakes, and they were the perfect level of sweet with depth of flavor! Felt light yet substantial. 10/10

Currently here, and wow. The atmosphere and is incredible and the service is perfect. The Spicy salmon maki was the best we’ve had, we ordered it as a starter. Filets are cooking now! I’ll update after. Update: the Filets were phenomenal. Perfectly cooked! We got two sides, the scalloped potatoes and the Brussel sprouts, both were delicious as well. Our server Patrick is extremely helpful and so charismatic. The gentleman helping clean the table after each course (Amador) was so kind and courteous. We had a wonderful anniversary dinner, with complimentary dessert. Thank you to the amazing staff and chefs!

The NOMI Platter was a standout, offering a beautiful mix of futomaki, tiger maki, salmon avocado maki, and a selection of fresh sashimi and nigiri — featuring maguro, hamachi, and madai. Each piece was expertly prepared, showcasing the freshness and quality of the ingredients. The views from the restaurant were equally impressive, adding to the overall dining experience. Whether you’re a sushi aficionado or just looking for a stunning spot with great food, NOMI does not disappoint. Highly recommend!

I had the steak and eggs and the nomi benedict for breakfast here. The food was pretty good overall, well seasoned and cooked to my liking. The steak was a little tougher than I expected though, and I think English muffin works better than a croissant for the base of a benedict.
