I had an absolutely incredible dinner at Chicago Cut Steakhouse recently. From the second we walked through the door, the atmosphere felt both high-end and genuinely welcoming, which isn't always easy to pull off. Our waiter, Jordan, was phenomenal—he was super attentive and professional, making sure we had everything we needed without ever being overbearing. It was also great to meet the manager, John, who checked in on us and really went the extra mile to make us feel at home. It’s clear they take great pride in their service. As for the food, everything was cooked to perfection, but you seriously cannot leave without trying the crème brûlée. It was easily the highlight of the meal and arguably one of the best I've ever had. If you're looking for a world-class steakhouse experience in the city, this is definitely the spot.

Went for a New Years Eve dinner with my girlfriend. What an amazing experience. The wait staff was very attentive but not overbearing. Very knowledgeable about the wines and what goes well with what. We ordered steaks that melted in your mouth, great flavor, and very tender. The atmosphere was very lively and it was a little loud but not enough to be splitting hairs about. The view of the city and river was really beautiful. Its the restaurants like Chicago Cut that make me appreciate coming down to the city! Highly recommend two of the pies for dessert the peanut butter and the mint chocolate chip ice cream pie! Do yourself a favor and leave some room for dessert. You will not be disappointed. This coming from a guy who usually doesn't order dessert...

I’m a DC native so dining at Chicago Cut was a real treat. The service was top-notch. The food was incredible. And drinks were nice and boozy. We dined on a Saturday night and the restaurant was packed and lively. I had the Dominico steak, cooked medium, and it was juicy, tender and seasoned perfectly. For dessert, we had the pumpkin cheesecake - nicely sweet and soft.
