The best thing about Kanela Breakfast Club is Fernanda. The coffee is great. The blueberry lemon pancakes are fantastic.
Got delivery and food was awesome and arrived hot.
Tried to eat at a taste of heaven but got forgotten in the back while others got seated, so we left and stumbled in hungry and kind of angry.
I ordered my usual scrambled eggs, english muffin & chicken sausage & avocado & a giant waffle.

The best thing about Kanela Breakfast Club is Fernanda! The coffee is great. The blueberry lemon pancakes are fantastic. The monkey bread is a little dry for my taste. The gravy is too thick. The bagels are homemade and perfect. Juices are on point.

Great facility, great service, great atmosphere, great people. From the moment I walked in the service was phenomenal. I ordered the over easy eggs, smoked ham and breakfast potatoes. The food was magically delicious in their fresh squeeze orange juice soil touching. 10/10 I recommend. Whether you’re on a date, solo date or family gathering.

I give this 10 out of 10 food should recommend. Came out fresh and the flavors of the food was pungent. Also the atmosphere of the restaurant was very welcoming and warm. The service was phenomenal and the severs was efficient.

Friends raved about this place, but breakfast is my favorite meal, so I'm a harsher judge... Kanela Breakfast Club exceeded my high standards. I ordered Three Eggs with pork sausage, a biscuit and fresh fruit. My son got the Crab Cake Benedict. We both enjoyed our food and its presentation. Service was also good. There's a lot more deliciousness on their menu, so I'll make them a regular breakfast stop whenever I'm in Chicago.

Amazing food, unbelievably delicious drinks, and the service was fast and courteous. Our entire, warm meal was served not more than ten minutes after ordering. Today was the third time my fiancée and I have eaten there, and we have been consistently delighted

Wow! I just finished my food and I literally want more. I ordered the grilled cheese with tomato soup…this is the first time I’ve had tomato soup since I was a little girl, and I’m 37. So it has been quite some time. The sandwich was tasty, it had tomato’s and cheese and the bread added a little sweetness to it. The soup was a little spicy (which I do not mind) and thick. Super great. The gentlemen at the bar was sweet when I asked for a coffee. Made it just the way I’d like it.

Amazing food! The Kanela rolls melts in your mouth, literally. The sausage has a lovely herbal blend. Also very happy to see an establishment use maple syrup instead of pancake syrup.

Days off are for late, lazy breakfast. The service is top shelf, quick, friendly, fantastic. I could smell sausage when I walked in, was actually chorizo made in house so had that with eggs, potato & toast, delicious. Started with the monkey bread which is really for 2-3 people, so good but it's really sweet, spectacular with coffee. Now it is on the pricier side but the quality of the food, preparation, service, and the actual restaurant make up for it. Only way it could be better is if it was warm enough to be outside.

Chicken and waffles and the biscuits and gravy we're amazing. I love Kanela. This was my first time at this location but will be back for sure. Service was great and I love the trendy atmosphere.
