“Definitely recommend upgrading to Buddy Rail seats on the edge of the GA floor. No wait in regular line outside HOB. Exclusive access to the Foundation Room private bar, food, lounges, and bathroom 1 hr before openers. Check in with ID for VIP and then your tickets to get into show. Vampire den vibes. Well worth the upgrade.”
“Overall place is unusual and interesting, but there are a few things that can’t guarantee 5 stars. Firstly they have a glitch in their system once in a while. My appointment was cancelled they day of appointment once a while ago, so I just didn’t go there. This time they cancelled my appointment in 2 hours before appointment. I came out anyway and they explained that a system glitch does that and the offered a table. So I’m not that unhappy because of the late cancellation then. The menu is very short, you can’t get much good in restaurant. Staff is polite, most of people try to do their best at that place, however there are a few persons that just don’t care of anything. Nice place to take a few photos, very unusual style and design. Show is fine as well. It’s nice that you can have dinner and watch show, not so many places can offer that.”
