If you’re in the South Loop area and want a casual, fun spot for a hot dog with local Chicago flair, this is a very solid choice. I tried the Italian beef — very good! The sauce on the side was a nice touch, an awesome way to dip the sandwich. Great flavor and a relaxed atmosphere — definitely worth a stop.

Order on a kiosk and pick up your food at the counter. Service was super quick. The place was pretty packed when we came in at 5PM on a Friday. Got a Chicago Dog and it was good but didn't come on a poppyseed bun.

I had a Chicago dog and an Italian beef while attending a conference. It was so good I went back and had another Italian beef and a ridiculously good shake the next day. It's a safe and short walk from many hotels on Michigan Ave. Food was made promptly and the service was great. Good atmosphere too. Price was entirely reasonable.

I dig the funky neon-scattered atmosphere and the urban diner vibe. And I really like the Chicago dogs here. The place is tiny and it was packed when I was there, so I ended up doing take out rather than eating in, but the service was still pretty quick. Pretty sure that whenever I'm back in Chicago I'll end up getting another Chicago dog here.
