“We walked in with two nosy kids, hungry and tired on a Sunday before it got busy at around 4, and the whole restaurant got together to make sure we are comfortable, fed with the best ribs, rib tips, and sides, and enjoyed ourselves”

We had Caron's takeout, and it was extremely delicious. Their barbecue sauce is perfect - flavorful, acidic, and smooth. The ribs itself are great - on the chewy side and really delicious. The coleslaw is so great too, I recommend getting a large portion. The potatoes au gratin are heavenly, it's certainly an indulgement but completely worth it. The cornbread is soft, sweet, and fluffy. Everything is truly to die for. I highly recommend a visit.

I went on Christmas afternoon with friends. I had a really nice lunch. Me and my 2 friends,think the food is delicious. I got a full slab of ribs,baked potato, and coleslaw. The food was a generous portion for $37. I will definitely be coming back soon.

Food was fantastic. Our service was slow to start but once we got service, everything was great. We have a dairy allergy and they were extremely accommodating. The brocket sandwich was fantastic. No skimping on portions. Cole slaw is amazing. Twice backed potatoes and prime rib is a must. Loved the Food!

Carson's Ribs Prime Steaks was absolutely fantastic! Our server, Nancy was outstanding. The food was DELICIOUS 😋!!! From the appetizer to the salad and main courses. The prime rib steak was superb. The Blackened Salmon was cooked to perfection. One of the best cooked salmon I have ever had. Their baked potato was scrumptious 😋. Carson's Rocked!

The restaurant has a beautiful setting right by the river — the view alone makes it worth a visit, especially around sunset. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome throughout the evening. Service was excellent and timely. The only downside was the ribs — they looked great but were a bit disappointing in flavor and tenderness compared to the rest of the meal. However, everything else was well-prepared, and the atmosphere more than made up for it. Overall, a great place to relax, enjoy good service, and take in the river view. I’d definitely come back, maybe just try a different entrée next time.

Celebrating a special occasion, this is your go to….nice intimate dining with special menus to tell everyone you are here for a reason! Very clever! We decided on this place last minute and got lucky to have a wonderful view from the back bar as you can see in the photos. The chicken was superb and ribs were ok. Ultimate potato reminded me of a back in the day twice bake my mom made.. yummy! Au gratin didn’t really have any seasoning so that for me is a no go for me. Coleslaw was on point. My husband and I shared because they had generous portions! Now for the best part! Server/ bartender Dalton was top notch! From the moment we sat down to the moment we left we felt special! He made amazing drinks (Long island & Amaretto), and served us a cute delicious dessert. Thank you so much for a wonderful evening! Props to doorman that looked like security for your politeness & professional manners & last but not least the man with the magic wand who found us a seat last minute! Yay!! 🎉 Have a wonderful day!

Carson's definitely has the BEST ribs ever!! It's not so wet but just enough, I went on a date and couldn't help but get myself all dirty in front of him bc it was that good!! Would highly recommend the cream spinach as a side!!!! The drinks are strong and flavoured and dessert was good!
