“Everything about this restaurant is perfect, hope to visit again!”

“No frills decor but excellent cuisine and service from this Central American eatery in the neighborhood. A recommended dining table experience. Do not miss the Garnachas!”

“Awesome!! Had the Garnachas appetizer (it was incredible and beautiful), and the Pepian con gallina (also plated beautifully, amazing sauce, chicken that was very tender, and the tortillas were excellent). We loved it, will be sharing with our friends. Thank you!”

“La comida esta riquisima , muy exelente servicio y lo Que MAs me fasino fue el ambiente , el toque de la marimba mientas comimos , me senti como en mi Guatemala”

“I didn’t know what to expect since it was our first time there. We ordered the combo Tikal Plato for 2. We each got a generous serving of rice and beans. The plate came with two servings of chicken, shrimp, steak, and salad. Chicken was flavorful and juicy. We enjoyed the char/grill flavor on the steak. And the shrimp were large in a butter like sauce. The salad was surprisingly tasty with bright citrus flavors. My date, hates salad, but loved this one! And to top it off, we had homemade tortillas! I’d go back just for those. Overall, great experience with reasonable prices and we’re looking forward to going back.”

“The food is delicious, and seasoning is great. Service is also very good and friendly. Highly recommend you all come and try it!”

“La mejor comida chapina que he probado. Comimos pepian y churrasco! Las tortillas recién hechas y calientes! Y soy 100% guatemalteco! Best Guatemalan food I've had in a while. Had the Guatemalan steak (churrasco) and the pepian soup. Definitely recommended and would come back again! Amazing fresh made at the spot tortillas! Very good overall. And btw I'm 100% Guatemalan!”

“Went to Tikal for the first time, service was great, I ordered Pupusas and they are the best I have tasted in a long time, their menu have many typical Guatemalan dishes to choose from. Highly recommend”
