“We started with the bruschetta, baked clams, and mussels—everything was fresh and full of flavor. For our entrées, I had the pesto shrimp pasta, which was creamy and delicious with perfectly cooked shrimp, while my husband enjoyed the steak medallions with gnocchi and vegetables, cooked perfectly with great flavor. Excellent food, generous portions, and wonderful service. We’ll definitely be back!”
“Taverna on Division in Melrose Park, Illinois is absolutely amazing! From the moment you walk in, you feel like family. The owners personally come up to your table, greet you, and make sure everything is perfect, which makes the whole experience feel so warm and welcoming. The food was spectacular, and I even got to meet the chef, Mario, which made the night even more special. The drinks were spot on, and the bartender was fantastic. They also have a beautiful outside patio, which is perfect for relaxing, enjoying great food and drinks, and spending time with friends and family. On the weekends, they have live music, and it creates such a fun atmosphere where you can sing, dance, and really enjoy yourself. This place has great food, great drinks, great music, and even better people. I highly recommend Taverna on Division!”
“This is one of our favorite restaurants for not only special occasions but weeknight meals as well. The staff is over the top accommodating and the owners are always there to greet you. The food is by far the best Italian in the area! The pastas are always perfect and go beyond all the standards. The pork chop Velasco is one of my favorites along with the shrimp Taverna. Run here!”

“Taverna on Division has some great food, easy going staff and live music! The stuffed Melrose pepper appetizer special was delicious. Raw clams were a nice surprise, not many places have them anymore. Martinis and wine were spot on. The live entertainment was a blast and it was very fun watching everyone dance and enjoy themselves. This should be a go to for anyone wanting quality Italian for a reasonable price with great service. Michael our bartender was also wonderful, shout out to him for making the night that much more special.”

“Was soooooo bummed that our “Lionel Richie/Earth Wind and Fire” concert got CX but decided to enjoy a girls night out anyway. Thank goodness we did! We had an amazing dinner. Food drinks and dessert were top notch! The restaurant is gorgeous and the staff were beyond attentive and friendly. They had live music and the vibe was so good I swear I saw everyone in the restaurant get up and shake their groove things to the music.🎶 My friends and I had such a memorable night. Definitely will be back again and again Thanks Jennifer for everything. I think the only thing that would have made it better was if Lionel had showed up and joined us😉💜”
