“Tala House is my and my husband’s favorite local restaurant. In the past six months, we’ve come four times, once for brunch and three times for dinner. I had the wild salmon most recently during restaurant week and it came rare as I ordered. It was perfectly complemented by the avocado puree and surprising mango and papaya. Delicious! My husband had the filet mignon with portobello mushrooms and he loved his entree too. I’ve never been a cocktail person but Tala’s innovative cocktails have made me change my mind. Also, my mouth still waters thinking of the steak and eggs I had for brunch months ago. Tala House’s food is truly exceptional and so is the service. The servers are knowledgeable, down to earth and attentive.”

“I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Tala House. The staff were friendly and warm, the food was some of the best I’ve ever had, and the ambiance was absolutely perfect. I chatted with other diners, all devout regulars, and I anticipate I’ll follow suit. Alexa and Carlos treated me like a princess and accommodated every request I made. Truly an incredible meal I won’t soon forget and started craving the second I paid the bill. My photos don’t do it justice but this meal was perfect.”

The owner, Ash, and our server, Carlos, who we’ve known since they opened, went above and beyond to make our dinner unforgettable. The flower décor was stunning, and the personalized menu they created for us was perfect—every dish was delicious, and our guests couldn’t stop raving about the food and service. The beautiful cake they made in-house was not only gorgeous but absolutely delicious, and the smoky cocktails were such a fun and unexpected touch! “Egg plant shacksouka was really watery with no real flavor. Tasted more like tortilla soup than anything. My friends really enjoyed the pastrami sandwich. However, the pastrami omelette wasn’t great. Beautiful location. The server said that the kitchen was closing soon and reminded us multiple times that we were the last seating for brunch.”
