From the moment my husband and I walked in, staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. I requested a seat change so we could sit by the windows on the river (downstairs), and they quickly obliged. Laura D. was our server. She was kind and knowledgeable. The service from her was excellent, and she is the main reason I will be recommending this location to all who ask! The views were beautiful, and the food was amazing; but the service was out of this world. I felt very pampered throughout the whole experience. We will be back.

One of the best steaks I have ever tried. Their dry-aged section really stands out, with a history of being one of the best steakhouses around Chicago. Definitely a must try. We have also tried their seafood appetizers - and I can easily say that they were incredible too (especially the oysters). Overall a 10/10, a high-quality meal perfectly complemented by a very warm atmosphere.

A cute yet sophisticated place. The staff was amazing. Treated me so well. The oysters were the best I’ve ever had. Everything was cooked to perfection. I had the wagyu ribeye with a lobster tail. Delicious. Also ordered the angry shrimp, which I’d recommend. Overall, left feeling very happy and very full.

Ordered the Norwegian Salmon and it was so so savory. The seasonal squash, sweet potato, and honey gave the dish a nice sweet taste while the salmon gave it a savory taste. They balanced each other out. Staff was very attentive and had great energy.

“We had a wonderful 15th anniversary dinner.”

We had a wonderful 15th anniversary dinner. Andrew was amazing and his suggestions were extremely helpful. The manager took our photo which gave us a great keepsake. The food was great and the Apple Crumb will roll your eyes to the back of your head. I wanted to curl up in bed while eating it. So warm and delicious. They have homemade ice cream and sorbet too. Thank you both for making our anniversary dinner fantastic.

A traditional Chicago Steakhouse that we visit at least once a year on our anniversary. The waitstaff is spectacular and the food is very tasty. You can also sit outside next to the river and on a nice summer night, it is great!

“This is our new favorite steak restaurant in Chicago.”

This is our new favorite steak restaurant in Chicago. We dined on Monday night around 8:15 and the view from the patio was spectacular. We could see a portion of the Chicago sign and the sun was setting. You need to walk around to get perfect sunset pictures but they are great! The menu is extensive with many different sizes, cuts and types of steaks. We ended up with filet wagyu steaks but felt that when going back we would have lots to choose from. We started with the burrata salad and they serve a lovely fresh tasty bread. The steaks had asparagus and some onions on the side. We also ordered the whipped potatoes and side corn dish. Both were outstanding. We also had bone marrow and a side lobster tail along with a bernaise sauce and a chimichurri sauce that Marlon provided us with. The steaks were extremely delicious and all of the flavors were outstanding. What puts this restaurant over the top for us is the service. We had Marlon who was funny, interactive with not only us but the entire staff and he was knowledgeable. Jack assisted him and was very friendly, helpful and polite. Everyone at the restaurant seemed happy and were smiling and saying hello. Overall we loved this restaurant for a great steak in Chicago! They even have baked Alaska! We were celebrating our anniversary and they prepared a nice card and gave us a free dessert. Really a first class dining experience.
