Seedo’s Levantine Bakery — the Pistachio Croissant leads at this top-tier Loop bakery spot. They're doing something different, and it works. Friendly team that sets the tone. Ammany haleem: "The pastrami sandwich was hands-down one of the best I’ve ever had"

Only got the chocolate chip cookie but WOW. Dare I say best chocolate chip cookie in Chicago!!!! Perfect consistency- not too thick (cough Levain cough) not too thin, not too sweet, the perfect midday pick me up. All the pastries sounded incredible- will definitely be back. Note: there was a bit of a line but it moved quickly. Staff was kind and efficient. Just allow extra time if you plan to visit- well worth the wait ¨̮

I was in the mood for a savory baked good, and the olive manakish wound up being the perfect choice. The bread is soft with a crispy crust and they use a variety of olives. If you love olives, this is for you. The person who prepared my order was friendly. This is located in a food hall, so it’s a very casual atmosphere that can vary depending on when you go. Late morning on a weekday between breakfast and lunch was fairly quiet, with ample available seating and overhead music. I can imagine it’s a different experience during peak lunch hours.

Best bakery I think I've been to for international treats. Amazing. We got the zaatar and labne croissant (tangy and savory. So good) and basbousa (sweet and nutty. Delicious).

Beautiful Palestinian-owned bakery. The pastrami sandwich was hands-down one of the best I’ve ever had. The pistachio croissant was unreal. Every dessert we tried was amazing. The owner was friendly, welcoming, and proud to share his food and culture. You feel like a guest, not just a customer. This place is a gem. 🇵🇸 🥐🥪

The olive oil on the pita bread is rich and nice, along with fresh vegetables inside! definetly reccommended. Next time, I want to try their sweets, which looks also good too!

Fully halal cafe. Only downside is they don’t serve coffee. Everything I tried was delicious. I got the Tomato Basil Manakesh, the sticky date cake and the hibiscus lemonade.
