“This is a really good branch of the Brown Bag chain. We especially appreciated Ralph’s outstanding service - not only did he bring the order to our table, he also explained what he was serving. An extra star for being so friendly and courteous! The food (grilled salmon bowls and crispy panko-breaded shrimps) was fresh, plentiful and delicious. For some reason it tasted even better than at the two other Chicago branches we know (Gold Coast and Willis Tower). Our only grievance was that some of the tables and the surrounding floor were very sticky. However, the great food and service made up for this. We will come back.”
